People and the Academy

Dear editors!

First of all, I want to congratulate the editorial office of my favorite newspaper and all colleagues on the upcoming series of Christmas and New Year's-native holidays! This, of course, is the best three weeks of the year, when the life of our people is getting better and begins to play with all the colors more than ever. Of course, some of the weakest elements are not able to make the continuous establishment of life under Olivier, but the world is so arranged.

I myself am already starting to prepare for the upcoming improvement of being, but my thought, nevertheless, does not ignore the topical problems typical of the less festive time of the year. Let's say the reorganization of academic science. How many screams and passions were: “Ah! Oh! Guard! Debe! The end of science in Russia! The triumph of obscurantism and bureaucratism! " Particularly excited academics and young scientists jumped from a rally to a rally and from a gathering on a gathering, like fleas. And what in the end?

As a result, everything is quiet, decorous and calm. Fano is created, institutions will be transferred to it, and in general, a state scientific policy will be implemented. And, most importantly, no traces of social storms are observed.

And what is characteristic? Our people are completely indifferent to all this fuss around the wounds. She does not interest him, well, not in the slightest degree. Judge for yourself, last week, as always, the excitingly interesting and informative press conference of our national leader has passed. For four hours, Vladimir Vladimirovich patiently answered questions from the federal, regional and foreign press. And there was not one, well, literally not a single question about what is happening there with the Academy. Not interesting!

Someone will say that the problems of academic science are not interesting to different journalists, but he will be purely not right. There are irrefutable evidence that the people of your academic life, like our scientific life in general, are not interested in. For example, I recently saw data on the most popular requests of our fellow citizens in Yandex related to laws. So, there is a law on the ban on smoking in public places, there is a law on the federal contract system, the law on education, but the law on the wounds is not there, no - that's all!

Because our people are wise and knows that neither gray -haired elders from the presidium, nor nimble young scientists give proper return from the point of view of practical benefits. Based on this, the people will continue to be silent, when a year later the assessment of scientific organizations will pass and half of the institutes will be attributed to the firing third category. The cries about the defeat of the creation of Peter the Great with a three -hundred -year history will be in vain. After all, the people know that so far oil flows through the pipe, and the helm has a great national leader, for the future you can be calm.

And the answer to all our topical questions is one, it is simple: sincere and selfless service to the people and the Fatherland. It is necessary to put the interests of the country and the national economy in their well -deserved place - much higher than their narrow -minded scientific interests and interests. And then we will be rewarded with a hundredfold.

Think for yourself, if we developed an innovative and nanotechnological electric kettle, which would capture the Russian market and markets of other countries, would our people be so indifferent? No, entering the kitchen, they would have experienced pride in Russian scientists each time and would not have been offended in life.

There is nothing to say about the native government: when you see that there was more to the point of us than from the goat of milk, it would simply flood us with money, taking care of the prosperity of the Motherland and its global leadership in the economy and military affairs.

In general, dear colleagues, try to better establish your life in the near future, develop a positive view of the world and what is happening, and when you move a little from a multi -day drinking, take up the mind. Happy to you!
