The President flew to Khakassia, where they demand from him "replace everyone"

At midnight on Saturday, the president arrived in Abakan. According to the official republican body - the newspaper Khakassia, "helicopters immediately flew, and the head of state flew towards the taiga." By the time I transfer these lines to the editor, about the Khakass trip, apparently, which is unofficial, on the president’s website - nothing. It is said that on October 4-5, Vladimir Putin will be in India.

The fact that the head of state will fly to Abakan and, possibly, not only to take the fish, but also to resolve the local political tsugtswang, “New” wrote in No. 106. “EDRO” here suffered the most striking defeat in the parliamentary elections and in the first round of the governor. Before the second round, not having the slightest chance to defeat the young communist Valentin Konovalov, the head of the unicorn region Viktor Zimin withdrew the election. The vote was postponed to October 7 with the new candidate - Socialist -Revolutionary Andrei Filyagin.

Petments flew from the people to the president. People urge “stop the booth in Khakassia”, “replace all the candidates” - “there are no not compromised ballots” - on capable of “solving problems, and not just to saw the plants and be corrupt puppets”. The last call is understandable (outbreak of local patriotism), but not executed: not so long ago, the Khakass journalist Mikhail Afanasyev recorded a video on the streets of Moscow - he asked passers -by whether the Republic of Khakassia was worth included in Russia. The majority was not opposed, but there were also disagreements, saying that Khakasov would have to be fed. So - not up to the number of certain letters.

And the first petition to Putin, on the contrary, is fulfilled, but it looks ridiculous. It’s the same as to demand to change themselves to the people. And “I have no other writers for you, Comrade Polikarpov” (attributed to Stalin). In addition, the choice of the residents of Khakassia in the first round was offered real. The textbook, the most common and popular: between the “evil creature” and “the creature of the worst” (Shakespeare), between “thieves” and “bloodsucker” (Brodsky). Or, as the newly elected mayor of Abakan Nikolai Bulakin formulated, "from two evils you need to choose the smaller." The people talk about the same as Bodania (or other gestures) of the "toad with a viper."

It is clear that these are figures of speech, not legally verified words. And it is unacceptable for any of the candidates for any of the candidates. But the fruits of 10-year governorship Viktor Zimin are quite eloquent, the landscape is visible after all his undertakings. The performances of the young and still background did not accumulate communist Konovalov are also clear - against the background of the Bust of Stalin. It is clear that these are the ill-wishers of Konovalov as many as Moscow, which hung on the pillar of the “gallows”-the dolls of the uninstalls (moreover, as they told me in the headquarters, these people flew on the basis-if they had taken them, they had to sit, no one would have resolved them). And these are opponents of Konovalov

However, for any hyperbole, an occasion is required, the stew from the rabbit will not work if there is not at least a dead cat. She was present. For example, Konovalov’s speech under the video recording: “If in a single impulse we go out onto the streets, we will go out to the courts, we will not steal as a single fist, then they will not steal, but will hang on poles.” This is to claims that people are not allowed to choose from whom.

What, you say, the difference, what is he, what they say? Then they will be built into the vertical. No, not everyone succeeds. Zimin's staff told me that the Communists were offering compromises, and the senior comrades answered: we do not mind, he (Konovalov) does not agree.

The diagnosis of specialists who observe him intently: no, he is not mounted in the system. The ideological. With a rod. (Well, which of him is the governor then? In this post, the spine is a security.)

At the Khakass headquarters of the Communist Party, the facts of negotiations were denied. At the same time, later they confirmed that Konovalov received proposals, which were not customary to refuse. He continues the struggle.

The appeal to Putin itself is to take all these unsuitable and give someone more parliamentary, so that there is someone to “choose” from someone-symptomatic. It also characterizes the built “controlled democracy”, and the people who are dissatisfied within its framework, at the same time demanding to manage the popular will further.

But all that, before that, in the framework of decency, could make power is to remove Zimin from the election. “When the loss of power became inevitable, she decided not to record this as a defeat of the EP candidate, but to reduce the case to the communist’s victory over the candidate of Fair Russia, this maneuver Artem Prokofiev, deputy of the State Council of Tatarstan (now the deputy head of the Khakass headquarters of the Communist Party of the Communist Party) formulated me.

The problem with the loss of Zimin, thus, is even clumsy, but removed. And what to do with the brewing victory of Konovalov? While it is maximally belittled. The people, apparently, are not satisfied - the intrigue has been lost. The people long for real candidates. And the meaning of the petition is clear: do not move the bed, change the girls.
