Grudinin is hinted that after March 18 he should lose interest in big politics

The presidential campaign has reached the final stage, although only massive agitation among citizens aimed at increasing the appearance reminds of this. Any statements made by the CEC at such a late stage should be considered political. Therefore, when on March 5, representatives of the department unexpectedly talked about 11 Swiss accounts of Pavel Grudinin, rumors appeared about the readiness to remove the candidate from the Communist Party from the elections. However, representatives of the CEC reassured the audience: they say that the accounts were closed, and in general, only the Supreme Court can withdraw registered candidates. The proposal, in which case, went to court, however, did not contribute to the weakening of rumors. Anonymous analysts in the Telegram messenger interpreted everything that was happening in the spirit that the presidential administration allegedly want to hang the issue of removing Grudinin from the elections until the last moment.

I must say that the withdrawal scenario does not look too realistic, because even in the Kremlin it should be understood: this will lead to a policy that is unnecessary in the current conditions and naturally bow to the union of everyone who has not been allowed. So, apparently, the goals of the current fence need to be sought not around the electoral urns on March 18.

In general, the excitement created around Grudinin with some structures of Russian propaganda needs a separate analysis. So far, you can see that almost every day over the past months, the Life publication bombarded its readers with reports of the “new skeletons in the closet” of the Candidate of the Communist Party.

The attacks do not stop, despite the fact that no one seriously doubts the victory of the Kremlin candidate in this election, and the rating of Grudinin himself does not reach 10% (Gennady Zyuganov in 2012, we recall, without much effort took 17%). Such a hot interest in Grudinin can be explained by three reasons that do not exclude, but rather complement each other.

Firstly, there is a hardware and media inertia, which suggests that in order to win candidate No. 1, everyone must do something at his own post, receiving a budget for this, and then report.

It is for this reason that PR campaigns are organized without particular need, and teams of political technologists work. The generation, which caught in Russia elections with an unpredictable outcome, is still lively, and now everyone works as they can - by inertia.

Secondly, if you have to report for the elections, then you have reason to be afraid. What if an important candidate does not gain the desired number of votes in a subordinate territory? Or what will happen to the turnout? In such conditions, some suitable enemy is useful, on which in which case it will be possible to blame their own failures.

Grudinin - a person who is not known in federal politics, acting on behalf of the second largest Russian party, is an ideal candidate for the role of such an enemy.

It can be pursued right now, then to show how much you did for the benefit of the Russian political regime.

Finally, the most serious reason is that the authorities are not at all interested in the emergence of new politicians. Why, if the pool of the old heroes, inherited from the 90s, is still in the ranks of the pool of old heroes. There is a national leader who, in accordance with official mythology, saved the country from the 90s and which now stands a few steps higher. New figures in politics are not needed either today or by 2024.

So the attack on Grudinin 10 days before the elections may mean: you will participate and return to your state farm.
