In us, where the necessary pedagogical issues consists of a complete ban, where most of the teachers, in the features of the rural, stands completely isolated among the mass of the unexpected population, these demolition of teachers are necessary, what is more. From this urgent need, we have arisen in such a-called pedagogical courses or passages of rural teachers; They arose according to the initiative of the zemstvo and, thanks to zemstvo, began to spread rapidly.
