Moreover, immediately for 14 years instead of the current six, and here Ivan also speaks out very fun and sensibly, believing that for such a period a person will have time to "get enough", and to think about the homeland at least a little. "

In addition, Okhlobystin wants to revive the army. To dissolve the Duma as a completely meaningless institution - that is, already next year, if possible, put an end to the history of Russian parliamentarism.
