It’s to blame - I’ll be in revenge!
“And the thief dragged the laundry from the fence,
Filmed from a passerby coat
And so screamed “Hold the thief!”
What even someone believed! "
Alexander Galich
What does a high official do, being publicly convicted of lobbying a frank scam on an especially large scale? No, I'm not talking about the morals of democratic countries now - it is clear that they are not a decree to us. But if this happened, for example, in China, which we love to set so much? I think that the sinning leader would have only two ways: immediately escape from the country or sit down to write a detailed sincere recognition and a repentant speech in court. In the hope that they will be sentenced at least not to be shot.
But, it turns out, Russia has chosen a special historical path in this area.
At the end of last year, a scandal was erupted in the scientific community related to the activities of a certain Viktor Petrik (see the article by Dmitry Bayuk “How much does the ovarization of radioactive waste cost?” )-a genius-school that successfully solves any fundamental and applied problems, from building an eternal engine (though only the second kind) and the unraveling of the assignment of the pyramid of choleps Before the technology for making violins and creating superbrones from artificial spinel. The scandal seemed to be purely academic, but in the course of it it turned out that the miracle filters created by Petrica, supposedly capable of purifying water from pollution of any nature, should serve as the technical basis of the ambitious program “Pure Water”. What is actively promoting the United Russia party and personally its leader Boris Gryzlov - part -time speaker of the State Duma of the Russian Federation. Moreover, it turned out that Petrik and Gryzlov are listed as co -authors of patents for some of the treatment devices proposed for use in the program.
Even if we assume that Petrik’s filters are actually capable of cleaning anything but the state treasury (in which, to put it mildly, there are great doubts), the role of Mr. Gryzlov in this matter frankly smells of the use of official position in private commercial interests. Moreover, in astronomically large sizes: the costs of the Pure Water program should, according to its initiators, amount to 13-15 trillion rubles. True, neither the prosecutor’s office nor even the Duma ethics commission asked the speaker any questions, but for them, separate active citizens, including journalists. With the light hand of Matvey Ganapolsky question "Boris Vyacheslavovich, are you a corrupt official?" I even got into the TOP of Yandex.
According to the latest Russian political etiquette, the chiefs should be silent in such cases. The authorities do not consider himself obliged to condescend to explanation with subjects, and what is the point of responding when both sides already know the answer? But in this case, the situation looked too indecent-so that even Mr. Gryzlov, even his own party, considered it a good to disown Petrik, demanding from him to remove party symbolism from the odious filters (as well as the name and image of Sergei Shoigu). Against this background, the speaker chose to publicly indicate his own point of view. But not for his role in this story and not even on how he, a certified engineer, ended up in co -authors and accomplices of the inventor of the eternal engine. And on the bad people who threaten the implementation of the great and noble program.
At the end of January, a short interview with Gryzlov appeared on the website of the United Russia party in a passing news note about the opening of the 5+5 forum organized by the party. It ended with the words: “Unfortunately, many initiatives meet obstacles on their way in the form of the Academy of Sciences and Bureaucracy. I know that the Academy of Sciences even has a pseudoscience department. This fact is very surprising - how can they take responsibility and say that it is pseudoscience and what is not? This is some obscurantist. ” A few hours later, the note was hastily removed from the party site, but by that time the speaker’s words about obscurantist academicians who arbitrarily decide what to consider pseudoscience have already scattered through blogs and information resources.
More details Boris Vyacheslavovich returned to this topic during the online interview with Gazeta.ru on March 19. This time his statements were too extensive to bring them here entirely, so we will confine themselves to the most delicious fragment:
“As for the commission on the pseudoscience. Let us recall the situation related to our inventors who were poisoned, and as a result of the invention went to other countries. This is the situation with Popov and Marconi, Apple and Edison. This is the persecution of Vavilov, who said that there is genetics. There are examples of those who left the country, and therefore the successes of helicopter construction are attributed to America. "Blue Blood" (perforan), which was poured by our soldiers in Afghanistan. We have magnificent field reviews. But he was simply brought to suicide, and priority today for the United States, which took advantage of the fact that we did not manage to protect the inventor. ”
That's truly - from a sick head to a healthy one. Ostap Bender, who accused Galileo's ordeals personally the priests of Kushakovsky and Moroshek, as they say, nervously smokes on the sidelines. Let us leave on the conscience of the noble historian the original interpretation of the fate of Popov, Yablochkov and Sikorsky (the last name of which the speaker, apparently, was difficult to pronounce). Let us dwell on the history of Perfettornaya - a hemplain, created about 30 years ago in the USSR and still remaining the most popular drug of this class (by the way, contrary to the competent opinion of the luminaries of sciences, no one disputes the Russian priority for the perforator, and the drug itself is produced in Russia, an hour on a “membership” from an earnings). Indeed, the head of the team who created the perforan, Felix Beloyartsev committed suicide, having fallen under criminal prosecution by the KGB (on openly far -fetched charges), and its co -author, director of the Institute of Biophysics of the USSR Academy of Sciences, Heinrich Ivanitsky, was fired with a wolf ticket by decision of the territorial committee of the CPSU. Probably, Mr. Gryzlov sees something in common between these two organizations and the Falseur of the Russian Academy of Sciences, which has no authority, which irritates him. Probably, the same commission continues to persecute dozens of Russian scientists and inventors today, many of whom have been sitting in prisons and camps sucked from the Pernation of the accusations for many years. By the way, something is not heard that Mr. Gryzlov, who is so zealously baking about Russian science, did something to stop this shameful practice or at least to facilitate the fate of its victims.
But, perhaps, even the appeal to the tragic fate of Professor Beloyartsev fades compared to the mention of Nikolai Vavilov. Everyone knows that the great geneticist was also destroyed by the “organs”, and the same fate befell many of his employees and colleagues. But, probably, not everyone realizes that the initiative of the defeat of Soviet genetics came from the exactly the same genius of the samorod as the co-author of Mr. Gryzlov. And even a set of demagogic accusations against scientists who tried to resist the triumph of aggressive charlatanism was almost the same: bureaucrats, hard -blade conservatives who do not recognize anything new, slow down the development of Russian science and economics, clamped by advanced scientists, act in the interests of hostile forces ... Not without reason the gloomy shadow of the “people's academician” emerges every time discussion in the professional community of "scientific achievements" Viktor Petrik. The right of the word, the name of Vavilov in the lips of the patron of the new Lysenko already looks like a literal embodiment of the jokes of Felix Krivin about Kaina, who instructs his offspring: “Take care, children, this world, for which your uncle died!”
It may, of course, seem to be that all these absurd words are only a clumsy attempt by the corrupt official caught by the hand of a corrupt official to somehow justify, if not before society, then before the authorities. No wonder even “United Russia” hastened to delete Gryzlov’s statement from her site. However, in the meantime, the State Duma deputy Valery Seleznev officially sends to the State Duma Committee on Science and the Commission on Legislative Establishing Corruption Protocol orders: to deal with suspicious activities ... No, not the speaker of the Duma (as it could be assumed, given that Seleznev is a member of the Optional faction of the LDPR) and not his) Nugget-chamber. And all the same commission of the Russian Academy of Sciences in pseudoscience. The deputy Seleznev also believes that the commission impedes the work of young scientists and the cultivation of various know-how in Russia, that “executioners were settled in it, which are abuting any innovation that out of the wounds”, and that in her work “there may be a corruption component”.
Well, the successful cooperation of charlatans, embezzlers and executioners is also a technology. Unique, domestic. And it seems that we will not have others left soon.
