When my country, our country, will no longer be - and now it is for sure that its days are numbered - we will know that this is just the execution of the sentence that sounded yesterday in the Basmanny court. The sentence to our friend and comrade Ildar Dadin ... and the sentence to the country.
The point is not that this is the first sentence on the Anti -Constitutional and Purely political article 212.1 of the Criminal Code that has entered throughout its strength. It is unconstitutional because she imposes a second, double punishment for the same offenses, as well as because she violates the “principle of justice”, making the last of the offenses as if fundamentally more socially dangerous than exactly the same three previous ones. And not that this article fundamentally violates the right to defense - it summarizes the already considered administrative cases in a single criminal, and under administrative proceedings, the already small defense opportunities are even more limited. And not that of the four episodes, the four administrative cases, of which the criminal, at least three are completely falsified - the testimony of witnesses and the impassive frames of the videos “investigated” in court.
The most important thing here is what: the power in the person of Judge N. Dudar brazenly and unequivocally punished the citizen for realizing his right, the right, most personal form of protest established by law - for a single picket. That is, in fact, she made a ban on a protest in general.
And let Judge Dudar already “noted” both the “swamp business” and in the case of Vasily Aleksanyan - the main trouble in the state itself, in the authorities, which has passed to direct repressions in relation to criminals, but to citizens of the country, who have their own, different from gopnic ideas, the opinion and not afraid to express it openly. Including a court that would be more correct to call a shameful court. In relation to citizens for whom concepts such as honor, justice, however, mean more than personal well -being or even freedom - since it is impossible to remain a free person without them, that is, in general a person.
And the fact is that the sentence to Ildar Dadin clearly showed that there is no more court as an institution in the country. Not at all.
When I say that today's sentence is the sentence of the country, I mean this: it happened in history, when the laws, the law experienced the state that created them: so Roman law survived the Roman Empire (and much!), And Napoleon’s Code turned out to be much more durable and its creator, and the empire created by him. But the state never experienced the death of the law - it immediately turned into a gangster stash, Kushchevka, stopping being a state. Exactly what we see today. And the country ... The country could survive if the authorities rose against this banditry, if at least she screamed from pain and rage, like a few associates of Ildar Dadin today in court after the words “three years in a colony of general regime”. But the country is silent - it means that this is a sentence to it.
Ildar will survive, your evil spirits, Judge Dudar and everyone who is behind you, the country does not. And you too. If you arrogantly believe that there is enough for your century, and after you even a flood, so know: you have made it in today's sentence that you will no longer be enough for your age. And the flood will happen to you for you. And Noah will not take you to his ark - in it the place is booked for Ildar.
