The style of the new Ukrainian president is not a day without a sensation. Moscow had not yet had time to digest the appointment of Yulia Tymoshenko as prime minister when Yushchenko announced his intention to revise the agreement on the Common Economic Space signed by Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus and Ukraine. The Kremlin remembered this document when they wanted to demonstrate their successes in integrating the post-Soviet space. Yushchenko is not happy with everything in the agreement: he does not hide that his priority is integration with the EU.
