Today, in the Khoroshevsky Court of Moscow, preliminary hearings will begin on the claim of the Federal Property Management Agency, which insists on the return to the state of the former state dacha "Sosnovka-1", owned by Mikhail Kasyanov. In February, the department obtained in the Moscow Arbitration Court the cancellation of the results of the auction for the privatization of the dacha, but the court rejected the demand to return it to state ownership. The Federal Property Management Agency was not satisfied with the court's decision, and the case will be reconsidered. It is interesting that all these “dacha showdowns” began on the eve of the “March of Dissent,” in which the People’s Democratic Union, whose leader is Kasyanov, is known to participate.
