Educational measures

The head of the government of Chechnya suspended some heads of a number of departments of the republic from work “for inappropriate performance of their duties.” In particular, the heads of all regional housing and communal services in Grozny were fired. Kadyrov took such measures after he became familiar with the progress of construction and restoration work in the capital. The prime minister has already stated that if order is not restored on the streets of Grozny in the coming days, the heads of housing and communal services “will be followed by heads of administrations and then senior managers.”
