The Tallinn Administrative Court returned the complaint of the Union of Veterans' Organizations of Estonia against the decision of the Ministry of Defense of the Republic to transfer the Bronze Soldier from Tõnismägi. As the press service of the court reported, members of the veterans' organization do not have the right to directly appeal to the administrative court of the republic. And Russian human rights activists are going to Estonia to study complaints about police actions against opponents of the dismantling of the monument to the Liberator Soldier in Tallinn.
