Details of the exercises of the forces of riot police and collected, spent the other day in Smolensk became known. Representatives of the village administration could not persuade the crowd of indignant. Then the special forces of the riot police and the assembly took up the case. With the support of employees from regional departments (a drill jug of the entire Smolensk police was arranged before the exercises), special forces attacked the protesters who, first began to throw stones at the security forces, and then smoke bombs. With the help of portable fences from barbed wire, the crowd was divided and began to surround in parts. Then the most active participants in the riots were detained and delivered to the police department for further proceedings.

Here, first of all, the commendable realism of the police chiefs is striking. Contrary to the television clinics that the “color revolution” in Russia will be carried out to the requirements of returning political freedoms, they proposed a much more likely script for riots. The fee for heat, light and water rose again, but the subordinate population no longer has money. So you will have to admit the townspeople brought to despair with the help of batons, tear gas and barbed wire. The most curious thing is that just at the time of the exercises, the inhabitants of Smolensk received the next receipts in which the noticeably increased amounts of payment for housing and communal services were discovered. The exercises have acquired unexpected relevance. Moreover, the other day the Ministry of Construction of the Russian Federation recognized Smolensk to the worst region in Russia in terms of accident in the heat supply of the population.

Thus, the ordinary police officers of the riot police in Smolensk are quite drawn to a certain all -Russian symbol. The power unable to satisfy the elementary needs of citizens - to provide heat, light, food - is preparing to treat them with batons. And it’s good if the matter is limited to batons. All capable domestic parliamentarians are amended by laws that ensure all the new powers of the freshly built Russian Guard. These powers will allow the pacifiers to shoot at the crowd.

In the conditions of an increase in crisis, which will inevitably lead to a sharp impoverishment, the Russian authorities turn to experience more than a century ago. Namely, to the "Zubatovshchina". The subordinate people are persistently offered to consider Majorshu's police general, who has already promised to defend "not one person, but the entire system of values ​​in Russia." But the inability of the authorities to work is perhaps our main value. Naturally, such protection also implies an irreconcilable struggle against an insidious human rights topic, which is a “weapon of blackmail, speculation, threats, attempts to destabilize and put pressure on Russia.” At the same time, Mrs. Moskalkova promises to concentrate on protecting the social rights of fellow citizens. Well, at least exactly until the moment when it is not replaced by the glorious Smolensk riot police along with the fighters of the National Guard.
