But they are not capable of any decisive modernization. Alexey Kudrin, who seems to understand how to reform the country, is pushed into the Accounts Chamber, from where it will observe how officials will sabotage its proposals. The second signal is effective and out of the future will be considered obscurantists, like Vladimir Medinsky and Olga Vasilyeva. Therefore, the tireless work to strengthen the connection of “Orthodoxy” and “nationality” will continue. The main criterion for effectiveness remains loyalty to the owner. That is why, under the laughter of the audience, Dmitry Medvedev announces that Vitaly Mutko will now be transferred to construction from sports in order to demonstrate the reluctance of the proud Kremlin to bend under Western sanctions.

The only difference is that the Putin nobility is inherited not only capital, but also titles and positions. There is also no succession system. So after all, the matter is profitable. And current purposes can only be the first swallows in the return of the autocracy with its attributes. So the Cossacks with Nagayki appeared on Moscow streets.
