Novaya Gazeta reported on the dramatic situation in Consciousness on March 16, 2011. Collective farmers pondered whether to start sowing. It is possible that part of the land no longer belongs to them, since for a number of years there were frauds with land shares.

But this time the sad news came not from the bandits, but from the authorities. The newspaper "Tverskaya Zhizn" of 22.03.11 publishes the order of the administration of the Tver region. According to this order, a land plot with the corresponding cadastral number with an area of ​​48.007 sq. meters, located at the address: Tver region, Zubtsovsky district, Stolipinskoye rural settlement, Nikiforovskoye village, from the category of agricultural land is included in the boundaries of the settlement of the village of Novoe Stolipinsky settlement.

What does this really mean? 84.6 hectares of agricultural land belonging to the collective farm "Conscious" is withdrawn from circulation, becoming the land of the settlement.

According to some experts, 42 million hectares of land have already been taken out of circulation in Russia. The order of the administration of the Tver region increases this figure and makes it impossible for the collective farm "Conscious", which is engaged in livestock breeding, to effectively solve the food problem.

I called Conscious. Collective farm chairman Natalya Lutenko: “We are in shock! We know these torn off plots of land. One has clover, oats, the other has winter crops, and the third has pasture… We write letters. There is little hope. We'll hit the track on Saturday."

Tractor driver Sergei Danilov: “On March 30, we were in the State Duma. Nobody cares about us. The communists were rude to us, everyone has their own business. Nobody cares about our fate. Let's go to the track "Baltic". We know that this will not make any impression.”
