Many times already spoken: tightening the political regime in Russia is due to one single circumstance: the issue of maintaining power for the current Kremlin is not a matter of personal or group ambitions, this is for many today's inhabitants of high rooms - the only way to preserve ... not even a labor -acquired (stolen) good or control over financial flows ... And no less - freedom. Exactly this explains the tireless and systematic work to clean up the political field from various kinds of weeds. But some of them, like Kasyanov, simply cut down under the root, while others, like Rogozin, are subjected to preventive circumcision. Immediate intervention requires everything that has an orange shade. It is clear why the Kremlin are so afraid of “orange plots”: in the framework of the political system that, with such enthusiasm, the deduced political technologists under the leadership of the special services were built, the change of power in Russia can hardly be carried out according to another scenario. At least in the near future.
However, it seems that the Kremlin has already realized that total disinfection that kills all living things, and artificial cultivation of political bacteria, although they allow us to establish tight control over this environment, do not contribute to its development and stabilization. The brightest example is “United Russia”.
It seems that everything is done for the political growth of this structure - competitors are either destroyed or pushed to the side of the road, the party itself is constantly inflated by various kinds of resources, it, like herring in a barrel, crams all sorts of important people from Govorukhin to Kalyagin, the domestic business is even oligarchic, even the laureel is declared responsible for the party cashier, and the result is deplorable. The Kremlin themselves already look in horror at their work: an amorphous, faceless mass, torn apart by internal contradictions, eaten by rampant corruption and universal intrigue at all levels - this party structure has not gained the ability to either a positive effect or the generation of ideas. The environment that increased in real political competition, for all the years of existence, did not nominate a single bright leader from her ranks, and could not secure at least any significant social support. (Numerous and triumphal “victories” in various elections not free of definition, of course, in no way reflect the real state of affairs - if tomorrow “United Russia” suddenly disappears, the vast majority of the population will not even notice this.)
But the main thing that the Kremlin is concerned today is the clear inability of United Russia to resist any external pressure. It is clear that even with a slight press, this soap bubble will simply burst, leaving behind only a wet puddle with the Volodin and Morozov meaninglessly swarming in it. In a word, the Kremlin will definitely not protect from the “Orange Revolution” “United Russia”.
In fairness, we note that over the past years, the party curators have taken a number of measures to partial modernization. All these attempts - it is enough to recall the project to segment the body of the United Russia on the left and right flanks - ended with complete failure. Today in the Kremlin they realized that for the patient to last for some time-and his death will mean the collapse of the entire internal Putin policy-it is necessary to slightly ventilate the room. That is, slightly open the window. Not to drafts, of course, but so as to refresh the atmosphere. It was decided to use the so -called democratic opposition as fresh air.
The plan was invented by this: we drain the two oldest democratic parties - ATP and Yabloko, declare a new structure of the United Democratic Party and pull it into the Duma in the 2007 elections. We will not give much, but 10-12 percent can be promised. The prospect of such a plan seems obvious - in the past elections to the Moscow City Duma, the project was already almost drove up. Everyone remained with their own, but the democrats loudly announced a brilliant victory and even could convince the most part of the electorate voting for them. It seems to be a positive experience.
Throughout the last years, the Kremlin has not been interested in the Democrats - the level of their support by the population was such that it allowed ideologists from power to simply not pay any attention to them. But then a wave of “orange revolutions” swept through the nearby countries. This wave stirred horror in the souls of representatives of the present Russian government. It turned out that the fire flashes not even from the torch - from the wick. And who in Russia is ready to bring this wick? So, it’s clear who. These half -fired democrats, dug in their marginal committees and public organizations, will be brought. And what else do they do if they are not allowed into big policy now? There is one United Russia. What if their desperate appeal will find a response in the souls of representatives of that part of the domestic population who realize the perniciousness of the current political course for Russia?
In a word, the return of the Democrats to the country's system political life solves two important problems: on the one hand, distracts them from the development and implementation of “orange scenarios”, and on the other, it creates at least a competitive environment for United Russia, which can contribute to its partial resuscitation.
But the main task is to prevent the creation of a real united opposition, that is, the forces to which all prominent democratic leaders from Mikhail Kasyanov to Vladimir Ryzhkov will join. Forces that will declare the main goal to the struggle for power in Russia and will enter into dialogue with the left to nominate a single opposition candidate for the coming presidential elections in 2008.
But what is the person involved in this Kremlin intrigue? How do they regard the current situation?
“I am categorically against the separate union with Yabloko,” said Boris Nemtsov, who had recently headed the unification commission in the ATP in an interview with the observer of the “daily magazine”. -This design does not solve any urgent problems of the country: it will not return Russia to democratic rails, will not be able to compose any serious competition of the party in power. Yes, this party will not even go to the Duma, how much it do not drag it. I believe that all democratic leaders should enter the new structure. Including: Mikhail Kasyanov, Harry Kasparov, Irina Khakamada, Vladimir Ryzhkov, Nikita Belykh, Grigory Yavlinsky. Only such a format can convince society of the seriousness of our intentions, of our real opposition, in reluctance to follow the Kremlin. ”
The leader of the ATP Nikita Belykh adheres to approximately the same position. With this circumstance - an unwillingness to follow in the Forwater of the Kremlin initiatives - explains unprecedented pressure on the ATP from the authorities. An example of this is a falsified accusation of contacts with the Nazis. The plot in the Sunday program “Time” on Channel One, who spoke about the youth forum in Perm, was mounted in such a way as to convince the whole country: whites are close to the Nazis. (In fact, the arrival of the ultra-right to the youth forum and their unexpected participation in the discussion were most likely inspired by the authorities themselves for one single goal-to discredit the democrats.) That is, the Kremlin makes it clear to the ATP: either we will fall in all power and crush.
In this situation, the position of “apple” is of particular importance.
Today, many experts are confident that the Kremlin has already enlisted the consent of Yabloko to participate in the creation of a manual democratic party, called along with organizations such as the Public Chamber, to work to confirm the thesis about the systematic movement of Russia along the path of democratic transformations and reforms. This is indirectly evidenced by a recent interview with Grigory Yavlinsky, where he clearly made it clear that he did not express much enthusiasm about the universal unification, but expressed many flattering words addressed to Nikita Bely.
Honestly, knowing Grigory Alekseevich as an experienced politician, I do not believe that he agreed to such a murderous script for himself. It is clear that cooperation with the Kremlin that has become the property of publicity means immediate political death for any democratic leader.
This, by the way, was stated in yesterday's statement by the Committee for the All -Russian Civil Congress, which is ready to take over the functions of the moderator and arbitrator in the process of creating a new united democratic party. The party, which is primarily designed to realize the thesis, expressed once by Grigory Yavlinsky at one of the meetings of the Committee - 2008. Namely, to dismantle the Putin regime.
