Found the enemy
In Haiti, the police detained 10 Americans with 33 orphans, whom the Americans were going to take to a shelter in the Dominican Republic. Americans are Baptists, among them the wife and daughter of a Baptist preacher from Aidaho Sean Langford. The Haitian police said that the Americans did not have documents for children. And they hinted transparently: they say, there is a suspicion that the children from the country were taken by bloodthirsty greengo to the organs.
One small scene: I say with my friend, Alexander Kots, a specialist Komsomolskaya Pravda, which was with the Ministry of Emergencies in Haiti. And I ask him, how does our rescuers find living people under the rubble even after 15 days? “But they do not pull them out,” Kots replies, referring to the Haitians themselves. That is, a person lies for himself, screams under the rubble, not bored with anything, even he can see him in the holes, but he is left there. Sometimes they even give food, water, thank you, white people walked past, they said white people, they dug him.
On the streets of Haiti at night, rescuers did not work: dumb, what if they eat it? The police were neither at night, nor day. And now the police showed up: she detained 10 Americans for taking out children without documents.
I have a number of questions. First: does the Haitian police read?
Second: where exactly you can draw up documents in a country whose president still does not know how many people he has died, but only knows that he, the president, needs 10 billion dollars - it is preferably, apparently, in cash or immediately to an offshore account.
Third. Haiti is a country with the highest level of child mortality in the western hemisphere and with the lowest standard of living. Who and when did the fate of these - and any others have been worried about Haiti? And, on the heart, the Haitian police really think that the wife and daughter of the Baptist preacher took the children to the organs?
The United States has gathered the most to Haiti. The American army spends millions of dollars of American taxpayers, trying to ensure order and performing the functions that the Haitian state is not able to carry out because it is not: this is not even able to organize the landing with humanitarian aid at the airport.
For this disinterested help, naive Americans were already flapping a bunch of shit from the entire world community and from the fleeing themselves. The Haitian Internet resources are full of reasoning that American assistance is only Una Pretexto Para Justificar La Enésima Invasión-a preposition for the invasion. That the cause of Haiti’s disasters is not an earthquake, but the intrigues of the damned Americans and that the whole world must Haiti, who instructed the world “on the path of struggle for freedom against slavery” (Sur le chemin de la liberté Contre l'Esclavage).
All this nonsense is echoed by the UN representatives who have long been helping Haiti and are interested in providing it forever, because eternal poverty is guaranteed to everyone who helps to whom the UN helps.
What to say? There is one truth. It consists in the fact that people died and that the Americans react to this death and suffering as if it were their own suffering. It seems to them that for the Haitian society, the death of 200 thousand Haitians is the same as the death of 200 thousand Americans for American society.
Unfortunately, this is not so. Human life in Haiti, as in Palestine, has a completely different price. Human life cannot have a high price in a country whose official religion is Voodoo.
If it had a high price, there would be no so many victims in Haiti, because the earthquake of magnitude 7.1 according to the Richter belongs to the lower border of destructive earthquakes, and the houses in Haiti fell because 99% of the residents of Haiti live in poverty and build at home from concrete litter.
If she had a high price, the local president would have known how much he died - 50 or 200 thousand. If she had a high price, the inhabitants of Haiti would not have walked about 15 days past people screaming under the rubble and would not build barricades from corpses in protest that the damned whites help them too slowly.
At the same time, there are things that can be understood, but there are that cannot be understood. You can understand when shops are robbed - in any country, in such a situation, looters appear. But when a living person under the rubble screams for 15 days, and no one is digging him out, this cannot be understood. It can be understood when the recovered the Haitian does not want to leave the hospital - there is nowhere to go, and at least they feed in the hospital. But you can’t understand when the wounded state -owned man returns to the doctor lying down from fatigue and asks to change the patch because he does not like the color.
You can understand why the Haitian police escaped from the streets: there is hell. But when the vuduists detain the Baptists who take the children from this hell and modestly hint that they detained the bodies of the bodies, this cannot be understood.
PS On Wednesday in Washington, the first meeting of the Russian-American working group on civil society, the same McFola-Surkov took place. The Glovy question, which was raised by the respected curator of the Grazhan Society of Surkov and no less respected human rights Rights Alexander Brod, was the question of the rights of Russian children adopted by the Americans. It is joyful to state that Vladislav Surkov has an equally reverent attitude to children's rights than the Haitian police officers.
