Kadyrov says - the Kremlin is silent

Here is a quote from an interview with the head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov magazine "Newsvik":

“When asked who he wants to see the president in 2012, Kadyrov replied:“ My idol (Vladimir) Putin.

I would like him to be president throughout his life. I love him very much, like a man man. He is a man of words: he brought the world to Chechnya. We were in the hands of the bandits, and the alcoholic Yeltsin bombed us. Those who criticize Putin are nonhumans, my personal enemies. While Putin supports me, I can do everything, Allah Akbar! ”

And from the very fresh one.

“If“ United Russia ”will need to be obtained in the elections of 115-120% of the vote, we can achieve this result”-these are the words of the chairman of the Chechen parliament, Dukuvakha Abdurahmanov.

If Mr. Kadyrov remind the quote given here and ask: does his words mean that he announced Jihad and will physically destroy everyone who does not like Vladimir Putin, then he will certainly object. He will say that this is just such an expression of emotions, which probably corresponds to reality. Kadyrov for big politics is very young, he is hot, and, most importantly, he sincerely appreciates the trust and support of Putin not only to his republic, but also to him personally. If you recall the recent news, then Mr. Kadyrov’s attempt to voluntarily abandon the post of President of Chechnya-this is by no means a self-patient. It’s like a gift to Putin of a thoroughbred stallion, saber with inlay, Mercedes or, at worst, hundreds of rams. He is a very grateful person, Mr. Kadyrov, and never forgets the one who invited him, then very young, in his sports pants, in his office and supported in the difficult moment when his father was blown up-Akhmat Kadyrov. That is why his Pooputinsky spells are nothing more than the return gratitude of a man who has risen on his feet and wants to thank his Don Carleone.

As for the second quote, then, again, if you ask the chairman of the Chechen parliament, Dukuvakha Abdurakhmanov, did he mean that the Chechen authorities through fraud, administrative resource and twisting hands will force one hundred percent of the population to vote for “United Russia”, and some, under the muzzle of machine guns, will lead to vote a couple of times, so that it will turn out 120 percent, it will also be surprised.

He will say that only provocateurs and enemies can declare this, because for any Chechen to vote for “United Russia” - honorable, it is with this power that the heyday of the current Chechnya is connected. And then statistics will go: where, how much and what is built, as well as spells about the republic that rose from the ruins, which is largely true.

Hearing all this, somehow the language will not turn to condemn Kadyrov and Abdurahmanov for their emotions, because each nation has its own tradition to express feelings. And the fact that Kadyrov regularly does not forget to send an “air kiss” to Putin is nothing more than a declaration of love, male, of course, which Mr. Kadyrov himself openly admits.

Apparently, the Russian elites relate to such statements from Chechnya, implying that Mr. Kadyrov is a special person who is not very necessary to react to. It is like Zhirinovsky’s statements - very loud, but not dangerous.

Probably, this would be possible to relate to Mr. Kadyrov, believing that his right to express such judgments is nothing more than a traditional method of communicating with Chechnya. This was already in our history with a rebellious Shamil: "His Majesty graciously hugged and kissed Shamil and appointed Kalug the place of his stay."

This idyll could be realized in our time, if not for the unfortunate Russian constitution and the presence of the President of Russia.

Duumvirat can be strict: some harsh phrases of Putin entered the Russian folklore, and Medvedev tries to keep up with Putin: he instantly abdicates Luzhkov from power, then from the Kremlin should be a phone call to the Minister of Defense with the advice to follow his behavior.

However, if Medvedev instantly notices what he hurts his own person, then in fact a public “hit” the constitution of the head of the subject of the Federation Kadyrov remains outside his field of vision. Of course, Mr. Kadyrov is Putin’s most faithful man, in any case, in words, but whether the Russian president realizes that he simply does not have the right to be silent. He is obliged to inform the surprised citizens that, despite Kadyrov’s statements, the constitution in the country is still valid.

And this is only part of the problem. Next, you need to do something with the aggressive-body escapad of Kadyrov about “my personal enemies”. These words could also not be paid attention to if the journalists were not killed by Anna Politkovskaya and Natalia Estemirov, if these killings had not indirectly associated with the current Chechen leadership. And if there were no lawsuits where Mr. Kadyrov defends his honest and immaculate name precisely from suspicions that he hates his enemies not only in words.

It seems that Ramzan Kadyrov’s statements and the lack of reaction to them President Medvedev, the guarantor of the Constitution, are not a trifle.

First of all, for Medvedev himself.

Let me remind you that the president of the country is a "living constitution", its product and symbol. This is a person who swore on her text, who, no matter what matters he is with the goals of tactical, is strategically intended for only one - all his own forces and the whole power of the country to protect this constitution.

Protect each of its letters.

This truth is so obvious that everyone is surprised to discover: in the story with Kadyrov, Medvedev throws the Constitution that declares political freedoms and diversification of the guarantee of the country's development, the latter under the feet.

But whether it is necessary to remind that the political life of Russia is largely arranged in such a way: if Kadyrov allows themselves to be anti -constitutional statements and does not pull it because of friendship with Putin and fears that he will be offended, then it turns out to be a successful leader of the subject of the federation is not to follow the implementation of the country's basic law, but for his proximity to the royal body.
