Then everyone lost
But politicians come and go, the peoples remain forever. We must do everything so that the constitutional rights of specific people are not violated. To prevent this from happening somewhere. The Republic of Ingushetia then practically did not exist as such. There was one representative of the federal government, and the authorities have not yet been created yet. After the abolition of the structure in which I worked, many went to various regions. I stayed, because my small homeland is here. So during these events I did not work in any structures. But he could not stay away. We saved many, including children. Help was provided - I can say this about myself with all certainty - regardless of nationality. I didn’t choose, I did not make the difference, who is Ingush, who is Ossetian, who is Russian. Because it was our common pain. There were actually no events on the territory of Ingushetia, all this happened in North Ossetia. The most precious and unique is human life. The Almighty did not create us so that we confront each other. In the Caucasus, no matter what happens, ultimately always ends with the world. We have such mentality. The faster we establish the world in the Caucasus, the better it will be for everyone, Russia as a whole. Ingush and Chechen peoples did not live for many years, but survived. And today we feel that life is only getting better. It is very important that there are no double standards. The leadership of our country noted that we did not have outposts - unfortunate territories, reliable - unreliable peoples. All our peoples are Russian citizens, and we must treat everyone with the same respect. And most importantly, it is fair to solve all disputes and problems that arise. I emphasize: exclusively in a political way. The old people told me about deportation, about how people on the way could not bury their loved ones. I also died a lot of relatives, and I myself was born in exile and, of course, we remember this, you can’t forget it, because our duty is to do everything so that it doesn’t happen anywhere with anyone. We have chosen a democratic path of development. Of course, many have been alive for many: they defended their homeland on the fronts of the Great Patriotic War, and the whole people were deported. This pain is incorrect. But in no case should you focus on it. All the scriptures say that it is not appropriate to do as we would not want to do with us. This is probably the most important thing. Our ancestors in the Caucasus knew how to negotiate, knew how to resolve issues together. Together they defended from external enemies, to protect Russia. It is enough to recall the “Wild Division”, where there were Chechen, Ingush, Kabardinsky, Ossetian, Dagestan regiments. Nothing new needs to be invented, we have enough good historical examples. The best traditions need to be stored, not forget. There are no weak peoples in the Caucasus - who thinks differently, is deeply mistaken. And there are no peoples who do not know how to appreciate good. No people can scare and force them to abandon their memory. But the biggest good is when we do not update the problems that we inherited, and we solve them together. And there is no alternative to dialogue. Otherwise, people lose their guidelines, try to solve the sore issues with unwell. We all must avoid this. Of course, when there is a house in which a person was born, his grandfathers and great -grandfathers were born, but he can’t get there, it is incomprehensible. It shouldn't be so. History is such a science that makes a person a citizen. She teaches us not to repeat the mistakes of the past, this is her main value. - How acceptable for the Ingush side is the plan for the conflict solution proposed by the envoy of the President of Russia in the Southern Federal District? - The plan is rational, the intentions are good, but not to solve the problem with endless plans and agreements. There were a lot of them before. The efforts that we spend on the signing of these documents would be better to direct assistance to specific people. There is a problem. If we turned away from her or pretend that she is not, she itself will not disappear. We put forward the proposal to make the refugees the opportunity to be built. They offered them: here is a construction organization, money is allocated for it ... And a refugee, if he has five or six sons and is still able-bodied, wants to be built himself. And we support this option, we went to The government, the decree has been published on this subject: a person will go to a work experience, he will receive a salary. And the one that comes from the side and will not build for himself, will do it somehow, it is impossible to control him: the organization that directed him will sign everything. Therefore, we are for people to be built ourselves. And so that they were not given money in parts, but they were given what they should, without any bureaucratic games. I asked for no one to distribute these funds in Ingushetia, and people directly received them from the federal migration service. Then the officials will not have any temptations. This is our approach. - Do you find an understanding of the Ossetian side in this matter? Is there a contact with her? - Recently met, talked on this topic. I think the understanding that refugees need to provide specific assistance is to eat. - How many refugees from the suburban district are in Ingushetia according to your data? -If we take into account the fact that someone decided to stay on an ongoing basis, acquired housing here, this, according to preliminary data from the Federal Migration Service, is over 3 thousand families. - The reasons are different. We believe that it is necessary to ensure the possibility of returning refugees on a voluntary basis and safety of both residents of North Ossetia - Ossetians and Ingush. Return, cohabitation, joint work, study - only this will ensure the world, order and tranquility in the region. I do not think that today there are real reasons that can interfere with this. We were convinced of this. Many have already returned, they receive medical care, education. But this is not enough compared to the number of people who have expressed a desire. I think that creative groups, and creative unions, and politicians, and teachers should take part in solving these problems, Maintain and develop interethnic contacts. |
