In the Middle Ages, up to the third of the population of Europe, tens of millions of lives, took away the smallpox, cholera, leprosy and typhoid from epidemics of the plague. The deserts of cities and countries. All this nightmare stopped when the Europeans learned to monitor their hygiene, started sewers and water supply and stopped pouring sewage under the windows, that is, poisoning the environment of their habitat.

Nowadays, the main environment of human habitat is the information environment. What the Russian media do with public consciousness today, and above all, television is quite comparable to the pandemias of the past. Plague and smallpox were physically killed, media epidemics destroy morally and intellectually, destroying vital social fabrics and reducing the level of viability of society to a critical line.

Each resident of Russia on average watches TV 3.5 hours a day. For 80% of the population, it is TV that is the main source of information that forms their picture of the world. To defeat the epidemic, you need to examine the disease. The decisive role in the final victory over the pandemias of the past was played by doctors who, sacrificing their lives, instilled in themselves the plague, as the English doctor White did, the French Deignet and Bular, or infected themselves with a return typhoid, as the Russian professor Mechnikov did. Without trying to put myself in a row with these heroes, nevertheless, I decided for research purposes to deliberately undergo intoxication, put a TV at home and began to watch it from which I prudently saved myself many years ago for selfish purposes to maintain health and reason. The responsibility for this self -evidence and its consequences shares with me the editors of the Hedgehog, with which we agreed that once a week I will write a note about “television Russia”, trying to grab a message that TV and other media send to citizens this week; I will write about how the agenda formed by the media is correlated with the real agenda of Russia and the world; About who, how and why it becomes in Russia media persons, as well as mediatized philosophers, mediatized sociologists, political scientists, writers, in general, “rulers of minds”. Neither the editors of the Hedgehog, nor I know whether this project will turn out, how much it will continue, whether it will be interesting. But we decided to try.

So, the Medianedel from 10 to 16 June. The main events in Russia: the USE-scandal, the adoption of two prohibitive laws at the same time, “on non-traditional sex” and “On the feelings of believers”, the decision on the “procedure for extending the Sobyanin license”, as well as the events, thoroughly dedicated to the Day of Russia on June 12-the march “against the executioners” and the creation of the Putin “Popular Front-for Russia”. The center of world attention this week was elections in Iran, protests in Turkey, the war in Syria and the exposure of the total wiretaps of the US intelligence services.

The first thing that was striking was a sharp discrepancy between a number of main events and a number of the main media members. Take any day of this week. The data of the media agency, which analyzes the content of 12 thousand Russian media: the number of references to persons on 06/13/2013 data for 13.38 (the choice is arbitrary, any time on any day gives about the same tendency and the ratio of the weight of newsmakers):

Putin - 2276 references;

Sobyanin - 638 references;

Medvedev - 417 references;

Govorukhin - 367 references;

Navalny - 355 references;

Prokhorov - 207 references.

That is, out of the 10 main events of the past week, 6 domestic and 4 worlds, Putin is related to one, namely, to the creation, more precisely, the re -border of the Popular Front. In all other subjects, he is neither an actor nor an expert. However, in all news, Putin is dedicated to at least half of the airtime on average, and according to the total number of references and quotes in all Russian media, Putin has more of them than the whole five Newsmakers combined together. This is a tiny example of how the media create a picture of the world, in this case a picture of the Putinocentric world. Putin is a center and the only subject in the universe created by Russian television.

EGE-scandal: Reducing game

According to the number of people whose destinies were directly affected, the USE-scandal claims the nomination “Scandal of the Year”. This year, the USE had to take 708 231 graduates, 13 million schoolchildren are waiting for their turn. If we take into account parents, grandparents, school workers and universities, it becomes obvious that the radiation of the USE scandal struck to one degree or another more than half of the country's population. Therefore, it is quite justified that this plot has become the theme of the most rating program of the most rating Channel One - the theme of the show “Let them talk” Andrei Malakhov.

The Unified State Examination 2013 was a kind of diagnosis of the Russian population and the authorities, merging in general readiness to deceive each other. The publication on the Internet of answers to all questions on all subjects, linden medical certificates that allow you to take exams in greenhouse conditions, personnel of open write -offs in the schools of Dagestan, all this huge lump of lies and frauds rolled around the country, crushing the remnants of respect for knowledge and work to which this knowledge is achieved.

Why can I not write off on the exam if the authorities, with the help of my teachers and my director, at the head of the election commission, are totally falsifying the elections, officials and politicians almost completely wrote off their dissertations, and the textbooks of history and literature are leaving the “patriotic picture of the world”? This question of a 17-year-old man hangs over the story with final exams. There is another question about the demand for knowledge in the country that sells gas and oil and does nothing. And another question about how to be honest and at the same time not to be a sucker in Russia.

Society was extremely necessary for a serious, deep professional analysis of what happened. An analysis carried out by experts who know the subject well, familiar with foreign experience, capable of giving recipes for leaving the absurd into which our education has turned. Such experts on the appointment of Channel One were political scientists Sergey Markov and Maxim Shevchenko. Other people participated in the program, but it was these two who occupied most of the discussion time.

Neither one nor the other are authoritative specialists in the field of education. The fact that Markov for some reason was appointed vice-rector REU. G.V. Plekhanova on public relations, rather curiosity than recognition of his authority in this area. Sergei Markov has been going through difficult times lately. His career, despite the many years of devoted service to the regime, clearly went on decline: at first, in 2005, a member of the Public Chamber, then to increase, to the State Duma deputies 2007-2012-it seemed, here it was, the administration, hand ... but somehow it did not work out. But he did everything correctly: his statements were twice in the rating of the most signs of Putin, once stated that “the personality of GDP is more important for society than the institutions of the state”, and then, after the victory of Russian hockey players, strictly demanded a response from Western politicians: “Did you really not understand that Putin did everything right?!”

The career decline and obvious lack of demand forced Sergei Markov recently to increase mediaactivity and droit even more tuning, and for any reason. Then he on the blog on Echo will reveal the conspiracy of the liberals, led by Medvedev (!) Against Putin, who emigrated Guriev will invite to the continuation (!) Discussion with him, with Markov. In general, worries. Regarding the USE-Scandal, Sergei Markov took a word several times and offered in different words one means: stop putting pressure on governors, remove responsibility for the quality of education. How this will affect the publication of answers on the Internet and other violations, the political scientist did not say.

Maxim Shevchenko worked twenty years ago a teacher during the year, then the editor in the pedagogical newspaper “First of September”, that is, was related to the school. But it was a long time ago. In recent years, Shevchenko has been a person who carries on the air of Channel One and in other media, whose frequent guest he happens, quite defined ideas: the justification of Stalinist repressions, support of extreme forms of Islamic fundamentalism, anti -Semitism. All these rivers flow into the main ocean of the Shevchenkovsky Universe - into anti -Americanism. Shevchenko can be invited to any program, about the life of helminths or about the Higgs boson, he will tell the truth everywhere: all evil from the USA and Israel, and the USSR must be revived for the glory of the Orthodox Church. It is not surprising that his recipe for the treatment of the exam-pale was quite expecting: the exam came from the west, so it should be destroyed with its adherents of liberals, instead of which the Soviet education system should be restored. Naturally, along with the restoration of the USSR. However, he may not have said this last one, but it was already clear.

In the Middle Ages, the plague was treated in different ways: they burned ulcers, stood with a mixture of crushed snakes with wine, forced the patients to sleep alternately on the right side or on the left. From such treatment, the mor only grew. The recommendations of mediatized experts such as Markov and Shevchenko are also able to heal our education, as the recipes of medieval healers healed the plague.

Liberal tank vs Orthodox terminator: Archaic triumph

The media culmination, which put, if not a point, then at least a comma point in the discussion of the law on insulting the feelings of believers, was the “duel” of Vladimir Solovyov with the participation of Sergei Mitrokhin, who, of course, is against the law, and Alexander Prokhanov, who, of course, “for”.

The fight began with the fact that Prokhanov asked the opponent a direct question: “Mitrokhin, are you gay?” The leader of Yabloko, the deeply married father of the 11-year-old daughter, was clearly confused, and instead of reasonably asking in response, what, in fact, your Orthodox business, began to make excuses. The fate of the fight was decided. And Mitrokhin’s attempts in the first round did not save the matter to justify the label of the “liberal tank” glued to him by the opponent and to compete with Prokhanov on his field of patriotic pathos, which, in my opinion, did not bring much benefit in my opinion. Prokhanov in his element felt comfortable and on autopilot issued mantras about the root system of Russian civilization, the mystical spiritual core of which was trying to fill the liberal horde. Mitrokhin tried to respond to mantras by arguments, which in the conditions of close combat looked somehow not very.

The battle pattern changed sharply when assistants entered it. Sam Klebanov, judging by the biography (special GRU), is well owned by martial arts, so he very technically led the battle from Klinch and transferred into a rational channel. A pair of fencing-to-date questions about how clerking the country reduced its competitiveness led to Prokhanov into a state of Skoggi, the last soldier of the empire was completely not ready for comparative discussion, in addition, he was clearly embarrassed by the dissonance between the special forces of the film director and his calm intelligent speech. It was evident that Alexander Andreevich did not understand what to expect from this bald barbal, and just in case he was simply physically afraid of him. In a word, the "Orthodox terminator" swam.

Prokhanov’s assistants were clearly weaker than the Mitrokhinsky, and all their efforts were again aimed exclusively at wounding Mitrokhin for their willingness to protect gays (perhaps he is gay himself), as well as to prove that “Yabloko” loves and protects the Jews, but does not like Russians and therefore does not protect. At the same time, the side of Prokhanov ignored the cry of the indignant Solovyov that he, Soloviev, was the only Jew here, and Mitrokhin, on the contrary, does not have a drop of Jewish blood.

This did not help, and the rest of the “duel” was under the sign of charges against Mitrokhin in Russophobia and Geelubia. Mitrokhin, clearly not expecting such a change in the agenda, looked somewhat confused and was no longer like a liberal tank, but rather to a liberal wild boar, which is attacked by a pack of wild dogs.

But the main thing happened after the end of the discussion and before the announcement of the voting results. Concluding the program, Soloviev finally explained to the audience why the law was adopted to protect religious feelings and why it was so necessary. It turns out that Pussy Riot is nothing more than a blind instrument of a powerful oligarchic group that has been attached to power, and when it began to move it away, emitted, deciding to take revenge and bring down power, hitting it in the very heart - into a true Orthodox faith, which is the best and easiest way to destroy Russia. But that's not all. The outcome of the “duel”, Soloviev explained why Prokhanov from the very beginning stuck to Mitrokhin with the question of whether he was gay, and then the Prokhanov assistants also did not get off this topic. It turns out that in human history, those who want to undermine the foundations send forward the assault brigade of combat gays. Expecting everyone's eyes to this devilish trick of the forces of evil, Soloviev led as an example of Ram, whom he used, and then destroyed Shiklgruber. It is a pity that the time limit did not allow Vladimir Rudolfovich to more fundamentally substantiate his discovery of the genuine essence of the historical process, for which it would be necessary to present to small-leaders lists of combat gays that stormed the foundations, for example, the Russian Empire in 1917 or the foundations of France in 1789.

The final phrase of the presenter that “the laws consolidate the moral foundations of society” did not leave doubts about which side of the truth and Soloviev. And since by that time the microphones of everyone except the presenter were turned off, no one could ask him if this minted formula spreads in advance the entire current and future products of a rabid printer, for example, to the Nuremberg laws of Nazi Germany. So now we will not recognize this.

Russian state TV: Dmitry Kiselev, Arkady Mamontov and their socially close

The main state television channel “Russia - 1” has two main persons: Dmitry Kiselev and Arkady Mamontov. And in the final Sunday program, they performed a tandem. I will not describe the five-minute hatred of the United States, where, the horror-uzhas, wiretapping is revealed by the special services of telephone negotiations, which we never had and cannot be. I will skip the ten-minute of love for Putin and his front for Russia, since all these subjects were approximately the same in all federal television channels, except for Ren-TV, where Marianna Maximovskaya made quite journalistic materials on all relevant issues.

The difference between the picture of the world created by Dmitry Kiselev and Arkady Mamontov is that they introduced to the gallery of positive heroes of the Putin universe Maxim Martsinkevich nicknamed Tesac. Well, yes, the same one, who has served two periods of 282nd per Nazism. Hitler fan. It was he who became the main character of the “journalistic investigation” by Arkady Mamontov in the final program of Dmitry Kiselev. The program about noble citizens who are fighting with evil who does not meet opposition from the state. The program did not have a word about the fight against Navalny’s corruption, about the struggle for the ecology of Gazaryan and Chirikova, about the fight against drug addiction and drug dealers of Roizman. A very long plot began and ended with a description of the heroic struggle with pedophiles, which is conducted by pretty sports guys, led by a pretty sports guy Maxim Martsinkevich. They are very kind and courageous. They will catch the “live bait” of the pedophile and do not even kill him. And only they will drink a little, seduce urine, cut their clothes and make you ask for forgiveness in front of the whole world.

Tesak is smart. Recently, he posted on the network the footage of the execution of migrant workers. A little later, the Bilingva club stormed and, together with the ziging young men, demanded to kill all liberals for the good of Russia. Now he felt a sphere in which he, together with Putin, for all the good against everything bad. Moreover, Tesac did not change his views on the yota. They just both grew up: both Tesak and the Putin regime. Mature Tesac and a mature Putin regime have a Manichaean syncretic worldview. There is good. It is one and simply arranged. In the center of good - we, Putin, Russia, the Patriarch, the front "For Russia", our TV and our allies. There is evil. It is also one and simply arranged. These are the United States, Israel, those who are against Putin, all kinds of agents, human rights activists, liberals, Jews, pedophiles, pederasts, atheists and all non -Russians and non -interpretation.

The question of Prokhanov Mitrokhin, in fact, was caused by the same considerations. For Prokhanov, as for Tesak, for Mamontov, Dm. Kiseleva, Mizulina, Yarova, etc., gay, pedophile, atheist, agnostic, liberal, human rights activist and opposition - these are synonyms. It is no accident that the laws on gay propaganda and the feelings of believers were adopted on the same day. In fact, this is one law against those who are not with them.

The Tesak most likely has not yet entered the Popular Front - for Russia. He does not need it yet. And Putin does not need it. Bye. But already this week, Russian TV was enriched with nuances that have inexhaustible potential for further advancement of the country towards degradation. In Russia, killings on the basis of homophobia have already begun.
