No worries

The United Russia faction in the Duma decided that the hunger strike of members of the Voice of Beslan committee did not deserve special attention from parliamentarians. On Friday, independent State Duma deputy Vladimir Ryzhkov submitted to the Duma a proposal to instruct the State Duma Commission on Problems of the North Caucasus to request information from the North Ossetian authorities about measures taken to resolve the situation and disseminate it among State Duma deputies. All factions voted “for”, except for United Russia, which constitutes the parliamentary majority.
