No matter how scary the phrase “Children's Oncology” itself is, but sick children who fell into this hospital are in a better position than many others. I was there and saw these children, bald from chemotherapy, who, nevertheless, cheerfully ride along the corridor on racks from droppers and can even leave with these droppers not only to the game room, but also to the park. I spoke with my parents who sighed with relief: before their eyes, the old equipment was replaced by a new one, the queues disappeared with vital procedures. Yes, of course, the 31st hospital is not a wonderful oasis in the desert of problems, the problems are the same as everywhere: insurance does not cover either the search for bone marrow donors, nor recovery treatment after surgery, radiation and chemotherapy, and charity funds also help children here. But then in the resuscitation local, parents can be with children, and the children there are for months, and it is unlikely that anyone needs to explain how the child feels on the verge of life and death, to which his mother is not allowed, and how his mood increases, and therefore the chances of surviving, if mother, dad, grandmother, someone close all the time nearby.

But take and take one of the best hospitals from the city for 200 judges and 1900 employees of the apparatus of these ships, and even having kicked out children with cancer from there ...

Officials now assure that the decision is not yet made, that if it is made, then all branches are in full force will move somewhere where they will be accepted with open arms, but here you can firmly declare: they lie. They lie brazenly, knowing perfectly well that no hospital has such opportunities in the city, and the local qualified doctors do not expect anywhere. They are competitors, besides what to do with the staffing table? Or someone will be fired to accept the whole branch of the Varangians? Maybe it will still be possible to somehow move children's oncogemology to hospital No. 1, where there is a similar department, but still not without loss, not without deterioration of conditions, not without failure in treatment, and the team cannot be preserved as intact either. And adult patients will definitely have nowhere to children.

Let me remind you that the 31st hospital is the same one that, among others, was in the center of the scandal related to the Federation of the Federation. Remember, when Putin sang with world stars, and the promised money did not enter hospitals? That is, they acted, but a few months later, after the scandal raised by parents of sick children and journalists. Then everything was like an ominous clowning, now - on ordinary robbery.

A few days ago, I was at a rally on the Marse Field-this is the local St. Petersburg Hyde Park, a reservation for disagreements. They rally against the "Law of the Plotsy", and after many sluggish shares of the opposition, arranged as if for a show, the intensity of passions struck me. I came on duty as a journalist, but I did not want to leave, I wanted to stay among sincere people, angry with meanness and not embarrassed to express their anger.

The same thing happened on January 20 on Krestovsky Island near the 31st hospital (in the photo) -a rally, of course, was banned, so it was a “folk gathering” without posters and microphones, but, apparently, the anger and consciousness of its rightness gives the vocal borders. People have not yet forgotten how the Constitutional Court moved to Petersburg and how, cleansing the place for its judges, the residents were driven from the Krestovsky Island, quickly making them at home with emergency and, by the way, evicted a whole orphanage from the Green Island. That is, for some judges, they destroyed orphans, for other judges they want to destroy seriously ill children, taking a hospital from the city, the former Obkomovskaya “Sverdlovka”, after perestroika, given to ordinary mortals, and now, in the process of returning to a bright Soviet past, again transmitted to the celestials.

The gathering took place in front of the 31st hospital, next to which an elegant pink building-built in 2008 to serve the judges of the Constitutional Court Consulting and Diagnostic Center for the Presidential Administration. The center is huge, but it is empty-the judges are only 19 and 200 employees of the apparatus. Even if another 215 judges of the Supreme and Supreme Arbitration Courts and 1900 people from their apparatus begin to contact here, it is still unlikely to be completely loaded.

The question is: why is another center to the judges, and even at the cost of such losses for the health of citizens? The answer can be very simple, in any case, the deputy Alexander Kobrinsky who came to the gathering drew attention to the fact that the 31st hospital has a huge territory-7 hectares of a beautiful park. The hospital, built back in the 70s, will be demolished, but no one knows what will be built in this tapeen. It is possible that hotels or elite housing. Another deputy, Alexei Kovalev, claims that Vladimir Kozhin has been interested in this place for 10 years, that it was he who chose the 31st hospital with his victim, and the statement that this proposal of Smolny was a lie.

Honestly, I am even not even interested in whether Kozhin decided for his purposes to expel sick children or another high -ranking predator from the hospital. I am interested in the surrounding landscape, in which at first the light haze of the Sovetsky Sfuato appeared, and now she is thickening in her eyes to a familiar nauseating substance, which was already sinking to Tartarara, but - not too deep, as it turns out. One of the most poisonous is the miasms of estate privileges. I am not very friends with numbers, thanks to the deputy Kobrinsky, who calculated the salary of judges moving to St. Petersburg - he succeeded 268 thousand a month. Is this really not enough to be treated in the best clinics in the city? And if not, is it not easier to add a little more to poverty to be enough for doctors, and not to build new class partitions in the form of privileged clinics? The same deputy calculated that the amount that is supposed to be spent on the move of these two vessels, namely 65 billion rubles, can be resettled by all St. Petersburg communal services or cure all Russian children with cancer, without getting throughout the world for medicines.

Now in St. Petersburg they are waiting for a special commission from the Ministry of Health, which will consider alternative options for placing a clinic for judges. The city government emphasizes that from the very beginning it offered for this another 4 city hospitals, the new clinic of the Ministry of Emergencies, the same consulting and diagnostic center, which has already been built for judges of the Constitutional Court and, of course, land plots in any place of the city. But, they say, Kozhin liked the 31st hospital so much that other options were practically not considered.

Now citizens are collecting signatures on the Internet in defense of the 31st hospital. Deputies write the next letter to Putin so that the courts do not move. Some officials are lying that nothing is yet clear, although the interdepartmental working group to move the courts already ordered Smolny and the Ministry of Health to prepare the movements of the hospital. Others come to this very hospital and transparently hint the doctors so that they shut up. The public chamber takes control of the situation (Kozhin probably turns pale with fear!). The governor asks not to speculate on children - apparently, not assuming that people are protecting the hospital sincerely. Parents of sick children cut off all possible phones. In short, the 21st century, Russia, the next beating of babies, nothing special.
