The tradition of walking on Saturdays on metropolitan squares and avenues and for several hours to freeze with friends there, chant “Putin - thief!”, And then with the same guys to drink and discuss what I heard, what I would like to see and hear - found my continuation and this Saturday.

This time all the speakers were perfectly audible - and even obvious, not everyone. Someone (almost all) spoke for a long time, someone briefly. Someone tore the veins, and someone was completely calm and even lyrical. Someone was talking about, and someone is stupid. Someone was witty, someone is banal. Most applauded, some were hooked (not all according to merits).

The mood is mixed. On the one hand, the people did not just come again. The people came more than for the first time. On the other hand, if I personally went to Bolotnaya, because I could not help but go, because then it was important to come to everyone together, then I went to Sakharov Avenue, waiting for specifics. It turned out to be more than two weeks ago, but it was still few.

Obviously, all this diverse mass of caring people now does not have a leader or several leaders who would be certainly authoritative, if not for everyone, then for the majority. They do not become leaders in two weeks. They are not appointed. If in society there are dozens, hundreds of thousands of people united by something among themselves-sooner or later they will have such leaders. Now it’s not even more important. Ideas are important. What are we doing and why.

Every opposition strives for power. Otherwise, there is simply no sense. What will happen when the current government will cease to exist? This will happen obviously not after 12 years - but earlier. Perhaps much earlier than we think. Is the opposition ready not just to pick up power, but to use it effectively? We say that the current government is bad, but will the opposition turn out to be better? In a moral sense, human - unconditionally! But power is not only the declaration of freedoms and a personal impeccable reputation. We already had a sad experience when decent people came to power and failed to use it really. Precisely because they did not know what to do. How to organize routine of everyday life.

Meanwhile, our country is now in this position, not only because it is politically not free. And because she was economically lagging behind. Because we have bad laws, because our life is organized so that it is easier to steal than to work. We are catastrophically behind the world, and the lag is only increasing. Therefore, the opposition should know exactly what it will do in case of coming to power. Do it quickly and efficiently. No matter how bastard Ulyanov-Lenin was, but, having seized power, he knew absolutely clearly, how to do it. And he began to change the country dramatically, systematically and tough. This energy would be for peaceful purposes. In 1991, when the state of Lenin was destroyed, there were no quick and correct measures proposed.

Therefore, there are tactical tasks, but there are strategic tasks. Let us objectively have no bright generally recognized leaders. But there are many decent famous people. Let the rallies on the basis of the same organizing committee, let it in some other way, but it is necessary to create a permanent organ. If you want, what is it to be a shadow government, if you want - an alternative parliament. There will be 30 people or 100 in it - it is not important. But these people are obliged to communicate with each other and with us constantly. Around these people, our best economists should unite in order to prepare the economic program, the best lawyers to prepare normal laws. This committee or alternative parliament should offer a new political system for the country. Parliament is a place for discussions and disputes. Let them argue. But let the decent people argue among themselves. Here is Sergei Udaltsov - a man of political views that are not close to me, but in his decency I have no doubt. Should such people not be in normal parliament? But the Communist Party found dozens of “more” worthy people and gave them mandates. Therefore, it is strategically important to combine decent and respected people together.

In a tactical sense, the main thing needs to be highlighted. It is clear that when people go out for one area both under red banners and under the banners of “solidarity”, these people have more differences than in common. But for a while about these differences, you need to forget, but on general, concentrate. Both December rallies passed as rallies for honest elections. So this is what united everyone. So, already on March 4, the elections should be as honest as possible.

I will go to one of the sites, and the same way should be thousands of those who were in Bolotnaya and Sakharov. This is public control. We have the right to vote, and we must protect this right and control the exercise of this right. It is necessary to create a network system so that any violation becomes known. But it’s not enough just to hang a video on the network. Because after December 4, there were an order of magnitude more such videos than real lawsuits. People should know how to file a complaint where, to know all the subtleties of this procedure. Because it will be impossible to ignore thousands of claims at the same time as filed and thousands of documentary evidence - as it turned out it was impossible to ignore tens of thousands of people who went out into the streets. And we went out only twice! Two Saturday shares, December 10 and 24, really and greatly influenced the country. And the authorities were forced to go to some concessions. After the first action! That is why it is so important to move from speeches at rallies to specific matters. To the creation of alternative social structures, to public control over the elections.

And make our rallies not purely Moscow “fun”. Because when only one and a half thousand people go to the rally in St. Petersburg, this does not mean that the elections were honest there. This means that people in St. Petersburg simply could not organize. But in Miass, at times smaller than Peter, there were more than six hundred people in the square - despite the fact that none of the celebrities in this city was on the stands.

At the peak of political activity in the late 80s, more people went to political actions than football. That's the landmark for us. Russian football on average gathers 13 thousand people at each of the eight meetings of each round of the Premier League.
