The Gagarinsky Court of Moscow found Olga Alexandrina guilty of an accident on Leninsky Prospekt on February 25, 2010, who died as a result of the collision. Accordingly, the other participant in the accident - the car of Lukoil vice-president Anatoly Barkov - turns out to be innocent. Previously, many witnesses claimed that it was Barkov’s Mercedes that was to blame, which drove into the oncoming lane and collided with Alexandrina’s Citroen. Nevertheless, the traffic police and subsequently the investigation and the courts took the position that Alexandrina was to blame. In addition to her, Citroen passenger Vera Sidelnikova died in the accident. Alexandrina had already been found guilty twice before. In January of this year, the case was returned to the prosecutor's office, and the investigation was resumed in March. The current verdict states that the deceased was speeding and did not comply with safe driving measures.
