A resident of Selyatino Tatyana Pavlova was detained on January 30 during a protest against the cutting of the northwest forest and the development of this square with residential buildings. After several hours spent in the department, she became ill, an ambulance was called.
On February 12, the court fined an activist for 50 thousand rubles, finding her guilty under Article 20.18 of the Code of Administrative Offenses (the organization of blocking, as well as active participation in the blocking of transport communications). On February 19, she was sentenced to administrative arrest under Article 19.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses.
Pavlova herself called her arrest "the fact of the persecution of civilian activists." “We managed to prove that the judge is familiar with the developers, we definitely installed it,” she told Kasparov.ru.
According to the activist, she is a vegetarian and will starve during a conclusion if the menu does not meet these requirements.
As the leader of the movement “For the Protection of the Khimkinsky Forest” Yevgeny Chirikov, on January 30, Pavlov was detained after she demanded documents from the developer. Meanwhile, it is the verification of documents on authenticity and corruption that is the main lever of the influence of eco -activists and the police are trying to deprive them of such a right.
According to Chirikova, the blocking of the street was intentionally staged by the supporters of the developer: a 50-kilogram girl was simply unable to block the street alone. The arrest of Pavlova Chirikova called the “Act of Shipment” of citizens and connected it with the new plan of urban planning activity of the Moscow Region, according to which up to 50 percent of all forests near Moscow should be built for development.
Earlier, the administration of the village of Selyatino, located in the Naro-Fominsky district of the Moscow Region, sold forest-park zones for cutting and building residential buildings, according to the website of the "Ecological Defense of the Moscow Region". We are talking about three parks in the village, as well as 73 hectares of the forest bordering it.
In December 2012, after the protests of local residents, deforestation was suspended, and the district prosecutor's office began checking the legality of transactions with land plots and issuing a permit for the construction and cutting of one of the parks.
In January, by order of the head of the Forestry Committee of the Moscow Region, Yevgeny Trunovna, an enhanced security regime was introduced in the disputed sites. Also, the exchange authorities were invited to create a conciliation commission with the participation of interested parties.
Meanwhile, according to ecologists, local authorities "followed the path of confrontation and escalation of the conflict." In particular, the head of the village called the protesters “invaders” and “American landing”, while the head of the Naro-Fominsky district, Alexander Baranov, threatened the employees of the Selyatinsk hospital participating in protest actions.
At the moment, residents of Selyatino have been able to collect 6 thousand signatures against deforestation.
