Today the court will consider the submission of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation to give consent to bring charges against Vasily Aleksanyan, the former lawyer of Mikhail Khodorkovsky. He is charged with two “severe” articles - in total, Aleksanyan faces up to 25 years in prison. What is happening is associated with the recent appointment of Aleksanyan as executive vice president of YUKOS. It is obvious that another attempt has been made to completely paralyze the company’s activities - the skin has long been removed and divided, but the “bear” is still rocking the boat.
