This newspaper number is anniversary. On April 1, the TRV-hunger will turn 4 years old, and this number is the 100th in a row. We tried to collect the materials of our best authors in it, but, of course, only part of their parts were placed in it. Someone else is working on the article, someone went on vacation ... We thank our readers for support, kind words and constructive criticism on the pages of our site www.trv-science.ru . Write again, write more and better than us! I would like to open this number with a congratulation from the reader very dear to us, the science fiction writer Boris Strugatsky, who more than once pleased us with laconic and informative comments.

Over the years - you want not to want - you are gradually losing the usual connections with the world. There are less and less pages read in times, everything is already a range of interests, and the ability to master new material turns out to be softly speaking, not the same as a dozen years ago. These consequences of a slowly defeating insanity are especially noticeable when it comes to “holding your head over the water” in an attempt not to choke completely in the frantically growing streams of ideas and facts that are erupted from once loved ones, familiar, quite accessible to mastering “astronomy”, “physics”, “mathematics” ... All this wealth is now rising past you, and without you, and without you, and without you, and without you, and without you, and without you, and without you. You, and you (as the immortal O.S.M. Bender Bey) "alien to this holiday of life."

But here the mail brings a parcel, and the “Trinity option” (for some reason 2 copies) brings to the banderoli, and in it the last report from the fronts of modern science, quite detailed (with descriptions of even local battles in space or in biology) and even in a sense exhaustive. Yes, printing, frankly, not ah. Yes, the texts are typed in a back. The seal of the photos is the last century (or, conversely, the dawn of the future?). Worse: half of the materials are not mine- not for me, it is written, recruited, scored, but for some completely different person, a real, apparently, pros that feels in these organizational matters as a fish in water. But the other half! ..

There is such a thing: sensory deprivation - the hunger of emotions - a scourge of polar explorers and submariners. “Trinity Option” ( my half) saves people like me, from information deprivation - hunger of “essential information” answering the questions: “What, how and why is it now in the big world, which we have happened to be.” Without satisfying this hunger, of course, it is also possible to live. “The dream of reason, however, gives rise to monsters,” but whom these “monsters” scare today - ignorance, twilight thinking, ordinary stupidity (when the ruble “behaves not according to the rules”, but the threat from the south increases)? However, in the end, this is a matter of habit (to a certain lifestyle).

For example, I am used to living in a world of questions and answers. And without such a wonderful simple information stimulant as the “Trinity option,” he would have felt like an intellectual disabled person.

And therefore - thanks! On the anniversary of you all! Keep the fortress!
