Dear friends and colleagues! First of all, allow you to congratulate you all on the past holiday of spring and labor, as well as with the upcoming Victory Day!

No matter how much the so -called opposition is angry, trying to overshadow the bright holiday of labor with anti -government slogans, no matter how much the foreign clamps of sticks in the wheels of the Orthodox “night wolves” that make the Moscow -Berlin, nothing will ruin the holiday!

However, in the pre -holiday bustle, different thoughts are spinning in the heads of our unconscious fellow citizens. Before May, I was in a hurry to leave work early, intending to stand early on the festive watch. And then a colleague catches me in the corridor and asks if I have not forgotten the story with large -scale construction in the territories of my native university - a technological valley, residential buildings and everything else - about which he wrote. I, surprised: of course, did not forget-the holidays have not yet begun. And he lowered his voice and asks: do I know that the center of the national intellectual reserve, which is actively involved in the development of the concept of the technological valley, is headed by Putin's daughter? We still have funny people: and who does not know this, they already write about this on the news on the Internet!

For me, this is another evidence of the amazing gift of Viktor Antonovich - the ability to find the right and necessary people. What do you think, a hundred billions of rubles can just fall into the university, especially in a crisis? Again, you always need to strengthen the rear: since you can find such valuable personnel, you will not be an obstacle to the university management! This is the young Livanov, no matter how much he climbed to the North Pole, they can at any time ask for their place, but not Honored Viktor Antonovich.

The main thing - and we, the people of science, should understand this better - heredity! As the people speak, the apple from the apple tree does not fall far. The clear and sharp mind of the national leader, his inexhaustible ability to learn, unique memory - all this, of course, was transmitted to his children. And therefore, the daughter of the national leader is better than anyone else, will be able to solve the most important problem of developing Moscow State University.

In general, I can’t stand all these philistine conversations that children from their youth are occupied by leading posts in state -owned banks, state corporations and government institutions. Ah, there is the son of Sechin, ah, here is the son of Bortnikov, ah, there is the son of Kovalchuk, eh, VTB, eh, Rosselkhozbank, uh, department of the government ... and so what? I understand that small philistine snaps cling to external attributes: huge salaries, limousines with sportsmen, mansions, expensive resorts, black caviar, French champagne, ladies in diamonds. But this is all external and alloy, I think, many of the leading children - they were not born in Versailles - they would prefer vodka in plastic cups with barbecue on six hundred parts with people to drink. But it is impossible: the situation obliges, it is impossible to come to Zaporozhets for negotiations with the captains of the imperialist business - they will not understand.

The main thing eliminates the views of the spiteful people - this is hard work at leading posts for the benefit of the Motherland, the implementation of talents transferred to the genes of parents in the continuous service of their country! Such personnel cannot be scattered, it is necessary to carefully use them in the most important positions!

And then I want to contact my colleagues from former academic institutions. Remember how much dissatisfaction was that officials are eager for the Academy? What stupidity it was: it was necessary to accept all of them and call them to senior positions in science. Do you think there would have been some kind of reform of the Academy if academicians, presidents of the Russian Academy of Sciences and directors were the brother of a friend of our national leader, the son of the director of the FSB and the son-in-law of the Minister of Defense? No one would have dared to think about this, they would have been funny as Christ for the bosom.

This is eternal discontent, wrinkled nose, pride, in general - that’s what destroys us, colleagues. It is not necessary to think that we are the most intelligent-intelligent, we need to show modesty and respect to those who have achieved great heights in the field of politics and economics. Clearly understand your place in relation to the titans and captains of our lives. Then, you look, and someday we can get out of there.
