The slightly excited discussion of the next rudeness of V. Putin, who called the moron of the professor of the Higher School of Economics, left me the impression of some kind of misunderstanding, or rather, almost complete inadequacy. Putin, Arctic and Medvedev are discussed. Putin's rudeness is a familiar thing. And there is nothing to discuss. The ideas of Sergei Medvedev are the subject of expert analysis, which will go by itself because of the modernity and relevance of these ideas. Therefore, this is not the case. Everything that happened, including the discussion I mentioned, reveals, as it seems to me, something more important.
Let's think, for starters, why the president, or at least a person who feels himself the president of a democratic country, cannot fall to rudeness against a citizen. First: the president through elections becomes one of the corporation managers called "state" designed to produce public benefits. This is a clerk in the shop, no more, only the senior clerk. Let me remind you that in 2000, the speakers wrote about this to Putin, and he said that he considers himself a hired manager. But it was a long time ago, and it was unlikely that he sunk into memory.
Second. This manager is the Commander -in -Chief of the Constitution. And he is also directly subordinate to him by the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Investigative Committee, the Prosecutor's Office, the FSB. Sergei Medvedev has nothing. He does not even have colleagues who would dare to clearly and clearly oppose his defense against shameless rudeness. I'm not talking about the organization, which bears the proud rank of university, hastening to disown his professor.
These two are clearly not in an equal situation. A person who feels like the president is obliged to realize inequality, which is not compensated by the fact that he is just a hired manager. After all, so that he really remembers who he is, we still need a society that remembers this.
Third. The president is still a symbol of the state, along with the flag and anthem, temporary, but a symbol. If the president behaves like a small gateway, he spits on the symbols of the state, on the state itself, on the people. A person who feels like the president does not fall to petty rudeness. For he then spits on himself.
Fourth. A person who feels like the president must know and feel the country. In Russia, a burdened evil, robbed, uncultural bureaucracy, the president is obliged to understand that any uncultural patterns of his behavior will be replicated by such a bureaucracy repeatedly, with enthusiasm, throughout the country.
Putin Hamil to citizens, personally and in a lot, repeatedly. For me, this means only one thing - he does not feel like the president of Russia. Given the dubious, to put it mildly, the legality of his presidency, he is absolutely right in this. But his behavior deprives him of all legitimacy. Even the one that he could attribute to himself.
I write about all this for the obvious reason: the point is not how argued the ideas of Professor Medvedev regarding the Arctic. It is a matter of rudeness of power and in our attitude towards him. Therefore, I will return to the thesis already expressed: so that the president really remembers that he is a hired manager, you still need a society that remembers the same and does not get tired of reminding if the clerk buries. And who, society, will explain this and remind you of this? You can immediately cut off the official channels of information with poppies and lies. What then remains? And who?
It was free to call Lenin the intelligentsia shit. There is no risk like Putin. In addition, Ilyich, with a characteristic genius of the world revolution, the gift of foresight felt the death of this social phenomenon. Moreover, he led the funeral team. So there is no need to count on the intelligentsia: there is no more, like Greek soothsayers or shamans on the streets of modern cities.
There were intellectuals. This concept is more vague. And this demand finds an extensive proposal among our intellectuals. But I, of course, are not about them. If you look for the prototypic image of the intellectual, then this, of course, is a professor (exactly like this: with a capital letter “P”). It combines (in the prototypic ideal) scientific depth and thoroughness with the gift of the teacher. Both are supplemented by the independence of thought and self -esteem. Professors are replicated by the appearance of the educational industry Socrates of our days. Socrates is not only an attitude to the truth and the method of its extraction, but this is still an attitude towards oneself, to power, to the right.
I do not want to spread about the current government with its biological fear of a real culture, science, independence, self -esteem - before all that is embodied (or should be embodied) in the professor. Everything is clear here. It is more important for me to understand who the current professors are in Russia. I have no doubt about their scientific knowledge and pedagogical talents (although the morons are found, but not Putin to judge this). But neither the knowledge nor the talent of the teacher cost anything without independence and self -esteem. They are the more important, the more the authorities seek to suppress both.
The fact that the earth is round is still amenable to introduction into the brains of society through the authority of science. But self -esteem, you can not instill in people with scientific arguments with the most grandiose pedagogical talents. Only on your own example.
