Talks about the "modernization" somehow subsided. The topic has exhausted itself. Olympic "Records" also chose to hush up. There is nothing to PR. The novelty of the spring season is the prospect of restoration of the USSR in the next couple of years as part of Russia, Belarus, Kazakhstan and joined them, now the Prossei, Ukraine. As follows from the words of Deputy Prime Minister Shuvalov, first the Customs Union, then a single economic space and a common currency. Well, then, of course, political reintegration will take place. And all this is just a few years. Western media have already embarrassed the alarm: the USSR is returning!

An interesting detail about the countries of the future USSR-2. According to the Forbes magazine, over a year in Russia, the number of dollar billionaires increased from 32 to 62 people. 50 of them live in Moscow, which makes the capital of the Russian Federation the second city of the world in the world in the number of billionaires living in it. They caught up with America!

From the CIS countries, the Forbes list included five billionaires from Kazakhstan, four from Ukraine. This is the skeleton of the USSR-2. The main oligarch of Belarus - Alexander Lukashenko - is not listed in the "Forbs" lists. But even without “Forbes” it is clear who is the master of the country in every sense of the word.

Thus, the “Soviet” four - Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Ukraine - is a project of unification of the largest oligarchs of the post -Soviet space. This is not the “union of workers and peasants”, but the union of the oligarchs, who believe that the union will reduce operating costs and extract even greater profits from controlled countries. It is not by chance that Ukrainian oligarchs united around Yanukovych in a single impulse and have already begun to “Putinization” of Ukraine. The appointment of Azarov Prime Minister is the first step towards the creation of the Ukrainian "vertical". The next step is to turn the part of the revenge, the “Party of Regions”, into an analogue of “United Russia”, “cleanse” the opposition and quietly saw the loot in cooperation with the friendly oligarchs of the USSR-2.

The grace of this combination lies in the fact that “for the people” all this is presented in the package of “revival of the state”, “former greatness”, “the brotherhood of peoples”, and so on. And it works. In fact, we are talking about the project of even more enslavement of the population and squeezing out of it all that can still be squeezed out.

For goals and objectives are anti-SSRS. The USSR was an equalizing, anti -capitalist project. Here the goals are exactly opposite - fabulous enrichment of a meager minority due to the poor majority.

This project is also aggressively anti -monitoring. We are talking about simplifying the management of the USSR-2 in order to extract large profits from backward economies. The source of enrichment is the consolidation of economic backwardness, and not its overcoming. Modernization requires large costs and capital investments that will pay off in decades. The oligarchs, flaunting on the capitalist "Board of Honor" of the Forbes magazine, is not interesting. They are used to making grandmas “Drawing suckers”, and not due to the development of their countries.

Former Card Schuler Anatoly Barbakaru has settled down over the years and began to write revealing books about the technologies of criminal “wiring” of people. In an interview, he told that in the “Professional Circle”, Shulers divide the “suckers” into two categories: into “suckers involuntarily” and “suckers by vocation”. To dilute representatives of the first category, you need to make certain efforts. To do this, there are worked out “wiring” techniques based on knowledge of vulnerable places of the human psyche. The second themselves beg to deceive them. These are people by nature gullible and naive, who believe in a miracle, in the honesty of other people. This is what the main money is made on them.

In developed countries, “suckers by vocation” are the same law -abiding citizens on whom the building of Western democracy rests. Confidence in the political system, in business partners, in court-all this is the basis of the prosperity of Western society. But when the power in the country is at political thimbles, the situation is turning over. Trusting and law -abiding citizens go into the category of “suckers”. All public policy is built on bluff and “wiring”. The ruling class is fabulously profitable, and the stratification of society intensifies. How did it happen that in Ukraine, standing on the verge of default, in Russia, one of the most injured large economies, in Kazakhstan, where the “Kazakhstani miracle” was covered along with the crisis, the number of billionaires is growing? Very simple. Due to the "suckers". There are more billionaires, and the population of the population is less and less, the actual unemployment is growing, the “middle class” is reduced. Corruption in Russia during the crisis and “activation of the fight against corruption”, according to experts, doubled, and as “services” of the state, the population can be convinced by media reports about the everyday facts of bureaucratic lawlessness. Energy carriers are lower, tariffs for housing and communal services are higher, and gasoline is more expensive than in the USA.

The so -called elite does not govern the country, but controls property and financial flows. It does not serve the population, but "breeds" it on the "grandmothers". The main resource of political schools within the country is the gullibility of the law -abiding population. We are “restoration of the USSR” to you, and you are power and money for us. Here is such a "public contract."

In foreign policy, the same approaches dominate. The main task is to “dilute” the west into grandmas, while maintaining full control over property. This is the essence of the “sovereign democracy” and the “strategy” to get out of the crisis. Will Iran have a nuclear weapon or will not? This is not worried about the "elite" of the USSR-2. The main thing is to hold the United States and, wider, the West on the “hook”, bargaining new purely specific concessions. If Iran has a nuclear bomb, the situation in the region will be encouraged and oil prices will inevitably jump. That's great! Double profit. First, to bargain with the United States, all that you can, promising to impose sanctions against Iran, and then gracefully throw and weld in the Middle Eastern crisis. Beautifully conceived. And let the Europeans rush with their “values”, Obama dreams of a nuclear world. Loshara. The main thing is loot and control. Everything else is bullshit, Simulakra.

Foreign policy is not aimed at improving the well -being of citizens of the country, but serves only as an instrument of enrichment of the ruling elite. A nuclear arsenal is an excellent remedy for blackmail and knocking out money from political correct Western “suckers”. The mythology of the “great power” and “strengthening of the state” allows to mask the purely selfish combinations of the “elite” by considerations of “international security”, “maintaining the global balance of forces”, the “multi -vector” of politics, the “multipolar world” and the other. Crowds of Western analysts are sitting and wondering what certain statements of the Kremlin would mean? They put forward theories, concepts ... And the "sovereign democrats" giggle. Trusting idiots. "Loch by vocation." How can one not get on if they themselves want it? Ultimately, bluff is bluff.
