A conditional term by Alexei Navalny. Today, the Kirov Regional Court sentenced the ex -candidate to the mayors of Moscow, as well as the entrepreneur - to Peter Officer. In terms of term, the court left the sentence the same: 5 years and 4 years, but "conditionally".
In such a result, the meetings of Navalny were not sure and perceived as a victory. However, Alexei Navalny himself intends to achieve a complete excuse. Since, the court still believes that Navalny and officers organized an illegal scheme for the sale of forest, if it is not possible to cancel the decision of the Kirov court in the highest instance, Navalny will not be able to take part in the elections for at least 5 years. Of course, if only the Constitutional Court does not allow citizens with conditional criminal records.
Let me remind you that a lifelong ban to be elected to the authorities of the former convict, the same constitutional court, has already been canceled.
