Dmitry Astrakhan (63 years old) was born in the family of Leningrad historians, immigrants from Belarus - Hanan Markovich Astrakhan and Susanna Markovna Manevich. He was the youngest, fifth child in the family. At school, he was fond of reading, mathematics and sports.
