And why make noise, attracting attention to yourself and your affairs? Those who are supposed to know a lot about you also know so. And those who are not supposed to - what are they? They can only interfere.

Take, for example, Igor Sechin or Victor Khristenko. Serious boys. They sit on big money (they are loot). And if they appear on the information advance, then and only when it is already completely impossible to appear.

But even in today's Russia there will always be people who seem to be exceptions to the rules. The bosses who themselves are walking public scandals - controlled or uncontrollable, in a good or not very good sense.

And each of these bosses is published insofar as it wears a terrible personal secret on the heart, which he really needs to hide. Perhaps even from himself.

Thirst for a denouement

The exceptional chief N 1 is Gennady Onishchenko. Head of Rospotrebnadzor, chief sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation.

He, a native of the Donetsk Medical Institute and Russian railways, is known today, if not all, then almost everything. For many years, he gives rise to public stories of a high degree of crying. From the ban on vodka with beer (so that folk money went directly to the Russian wind) to searches for harmful alien flies in the Abkhaz mandarins.

Many of our liberals and democrats (not to be confused with liberal democrats) suggested that San Ashchenko is already testing the system of permissive departure from Russia. Say, today is the threat of pork flu, and tomorrow is visiting visas, as in the USSR. And - goodbye, freedom of movement.

I don't think so. Onishchenko, of course, is cool, but not so cool. And - most importantly - none of those who belong to the real power in Russia, does not want any permissive procedure for leaving. After all, in case of running away, the door must always remain open. With a calm day and alarmed night.

It seems that Gennady Onishchenko, like many officials of his level/experience, is simply engaged in business. What else to do in a Russian official position?

And when the main san doctor’s office prohibited Belarusian milk with the gifts of nature attached to him, he did not think that President Alexander Lukashenko was forced to be forced to eternal Slavic Brotherhood. No. He simply acted in the interests of some dairy RF Magnats. Which, in a crisis, encountered terrible overproduction of milk and products from it. Especially - milk powder.

The need to wound Lukashenko was an occasion, but not a reason.

There are happy officials-such as Sechin and Khristenko, who are remembered above-who control the huge, key product flows. It smells of oil and other magical substances. The pockets of these people flow with milk and honey - and without any superhuman overloads.

Gennady Onishchenko was less fortunate. He is forced to earn money in Russian health, which were not too valuable at any time.

But it would be stupid to miss your official moment. Here the tourist business comes to the rescue. And if someone is still going to make money on British routes, then the Glavsanba will remind him of both criminality and the penitentiary system. He did not forget these terms from the course of pathological physiology.

But in fact - if you delve into a depth - everything can be even easier.

We all remember what fierce hatred Gennady Grigorievich Onishchenko refers to alcoholic beverages. He - according to the picture from the TV - is ready to just destroy them with a chokh, pour over in bulk into the world ocean, incinerate an hyperboloid with a beam, and trampled the elephantic legs of ivory.

Very often, such a reaction to alcohol is observed in people sewn from drunkenness. Well, now, although the post -industrial era, the meaning of the word “sewn up”, God will give, they understand everything.

After all, if a person is madly wanting to drink, but they have not been given to him for a very long time - how should he react to the injustice of this world?!

So, perhaps, solving the “Onishchenko problem” is easier than it seems to us.

You just need to invite the main sanitary doctor of the Russian Federation to some round table, very structurally devoted to the undesirable of organized trips to England. And there, under the guise of a glass of simple mineral water (without gas), slip a glass of vodka to him. And better - pure alcohol. And make you make a sip at least.

Vladislav Yuryevich himself, however, did not forget about his official anniversary. And he organized a series of comments on the topic “The only real intellectual” in the Russian government. There were also negative comments among these comments - “ah, like a terrible official, who destroyed Russian democracy in his infernal reasons.” In terms of meaning - the same thing (“the main undivided intellectual”), only supposedly with a different emotional sign.

They write about Surkov constantly. Sympathizers, even situational ones, write it more often. Not only notes and essays write, but even whole novels (such as “Virtuosa Joseph Beautiful”). Sometimes - real (i.e., not engaged by himself) opponents of Surkov are connected. For example, Evgeny Gontmamer, who for some reason is sure that almost all evil in modern Russian politics came from Surkov and numerous slanderers of the latter.

Moreover: Surkov himself writes in a rescue. Either poetic prose, then song poems. Either about Tupaca Shakure, then about Heana Miro. It is said that already the novel genre (in the category of the detective) has long been mastered by this large boss - but I will not instruct, it has not yet been able to check.

Why is it all? For what? That's why Igor Sechin and Viktor Khristenko themselves do not write anything and do not ask others to write to themselves. And if someone nevertheless brings up something about them without demand, then they don’t find a place for themselves from momentary annoyance.

And then, my friends, that Vladislav Surkov is burdened by one important, like a flashing beacon, personal secret. It consists in the following: despite the first -class position, as well as the pre -Russian mind and unrestrained ambitions, he is not a real great boss .

It happened. For one, but very good reason. In the monetocratic system where money is being reached, domestic politics is a deeply third -third case. And ideology (in the political sense) - nobody needs nobody in general. For there is one official non -political ideology that implies the worship of money and the endless consumption of products of their primary processing. What other others are some other?

People who really rule Russia, i.e. They control the main centers for the production of money, would love to get rid of this stupid domestic policy once and for all. For example, fucking parties with a goat parliament would be canceled. And no elections would have been held in principle. Because all this, in the conditions of monetracia, is completely excess entities. Who are corny eaten precious money, not giving anything in return.

But - it is impossible to completely abolish the illusion of domestic policy. Also for one single reason. It is called the "West". Territory, if on the map, on the left and a little at the top. Where blood from the nose must be legalized. If you remove democracy not only in fact, but also formally, the West can be offended. And never legalize anyone. And why then money? In general, it is necessary to maintain the commodity of the deliberate nonsense, proudly (like any fictitious bullshit) called the “political system”. Her tudes in a swing.

Here, in fact, Vladislav Surkov serves as a general manager for the deliberate nonsense. And in this system, any businessman of the Gennadimchenko level is actually much more important than Surkov-since he is sitting on real matters, i.e. on the transformation of oil and gas into a large life -giving loot. Not to mention persons of the scale of Abramovich or Deripaska, legitimately pouring $ 10,000 per minute. Even in debt, it doesn’t matter. And the first (!) Deputy Head of the Kremlin Administration is forced to grow their gray bread in the way of inherently in some Seliger gatherings of premature gopota. Where there are more than several units of millions of crop, you can’t collect, whatever it may be. And then - to meet with all sorts of meaningless deputies for free or, worse, human rights activists. You heard such a word-human rights activists, ha ha! And expensive life flies and cries, leaving.

Therefore, everything that the so -called “Surkovsky political machine” does is, in fact, the creation/maintenance of the myth of the multi -volume and greatness of Vladislav Surkov. No more and no less. The myth, which is designed to compensate for mysterious knowledge: Surkov has not entered the circle of shareholders of the system, although he sought.

The Surkovskaya machine works, I must say, quite successfully. Many diverse people believe in multi -speed and greatness. But this pagan faith does not heal the bitter injury, which lives at the bottom of the bureaucratic soul. Alas, never.

Thirst for forgiveness

I can’t agree with those who have organic hatred to the current Russian Federation and spray in their armored poisonous saliva.

The bosses are also people. Sometimes - almost the same as us. They are also born, suffer and die. They also need honest compassion. Simply, unlike us, they have no right to complain. The system does not allow this and does not forgive. Yes, and their history, too, in general, will not forgive. She is angry, history.

So besides us-there is no one to forgive them. Probably, we will have to and we need to use this exceptional opportunity.
