From the main pop diva Alla Pugacheva, the Ministry of Natural Resources passed to the country's chief electrician Anatoly Chubais. True, no rivers flow along Chubais’s dacha and there are no protected reservoirs either. However, the Ministry of Natural Resources announced a targeted inspection of Chubais’s dacha. The inspection was a great success: no violations were found during the construction of the dacha, which was recorded based on the results of two hours of work. Thus, the attempt on the private property of the head of RAO UES failed.
