According to the Adat Telegram channel (included by the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation in the list of extremist organizations as the “adit folk movement”), published this night, the famous Chechen blogger and critic of the head of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov Tumso Abdurahmanov , who received political asylum in Sweden, was shot at night by a group of persons and the details are currently clarified murders. " Abdurakhmanov’s brother, living in Germany, according to the adat telegram channel, “was hidden by special services.”
The Adat blogger did not give any details and evidence of the murder of the blogger.
The murder was reported with reference to the unnamed "associates" of Abdurahmanov and Radio Liberty*, adding to meager information the assertion that the blogger was killed on the night of December 1 to 2.
At the same time, the first message about the death of Abdurakhmanov appeared on the afternoon of December 1. It was distributed by the telegram channel “Ichkeria: Heroes, Enemies and Traitors”, which soon refuted this information. Another telegram channel “Caucasus Front”, again, late in the evening of December 1 (that is, until the time of the alleged murder specified “Radio Liberty”) published a video with a murdered Chechen, claiming that it was a Tumso Abdurahmanov. Readers of the channel denied this message and identified a person to the video as Arslan Huseynov, who died back in 2021.
In the following days, the media have repeatedly published information that Tumso Abdurakhmanov allegedly did not get in touch and from November 7 does not conduct broadcasts on its YouTube channel regular until this point. However, this is not so: Tumso Abdurakhmanov published messages in his other social networks. On November 27, he published a video in the telegram channel Noxciconan az, and on November 30 he reposted a quote from the Qur'an, published by the telegram channel "Ichkeria: Heroes, Enemies and Traditions". Thus, the telegram channel, which literally the very next day was the first to announce the death of Tumso.
Neither the Swedish police nor the Swedish special services have still reported such a resonant and not amenable to concealing an event as the murder of Tumso Abdurahmanov.
However, after the Chechen bloggers on December 2, the scandalously known telegram channel “Rybar”, usually illuminating the theme related to military operations in Ukraine, told about the murder of Abdurahmanov. The authors of the channel confidently stated that Ahmed Zakaev, a former ally of President Chechnya Aslan Maskhadov, who was killed in 2005, was supposedly behind the murder of Abdurahmanov.
In turn, the telegram channel “VChK-OGPU” equally confidently said that last weekend (that is, December 3 or 4) “Senator Suleiman Geremeyev ( cousin of the State Duma deputy from Chechnya Adam Delimkhanov. - Ed. ) Has a whole banquet on the occasion of the death of the Tumso Abdurahmanov blogger”.
The Chechen authorities really never hid their desire to make their most caustic Chetic critic silence.

In March 2019, the speaker of the Chechen parliament Magomed Daudov announced to Abdurakhmanov blood feud, and a year later - exactly on the birthday of Daudov - a attempt was made on Tumso, in which the second wife of the blogger participated.
This attempt was investigated: in 2021, the attacker (resident of Chechnya) admitted in an attempt to commit a murder for hire and was sentenced by the Swedish court to 12 years in prison. The wife of Tumso Abdurakhmanova received 8 years, but then the appeal instability reduced her sentence to one year and six months, since the court came to the conclusion that although she opened the door to the attacker, this does not prove that she wanted to kill her husband.
The editors of Novaya Gazeta at the moment cannot confirm reports of the death of the Chechen blogger. We can only state the fact that from December 1 neither he nor his brother really get in touch with anyone.
Today, the largest Swedish newspaper Aftonbladet published with reference to Russian media (as the source of information) a message about the alleged disappearance of Tumso Abdurahmanov. The newspaper contacted the spokesman for the Swedish police Sofia Helkswit, who did not confirm this information and refused to give additional comments on the situation about the fate of the blogger.
In addition, in the reports of the police and the Swedish media there is no information about incidents with shooting in Stockholm or other cities of Sweden in late November - early December.
