We approached the illegally erected cabins in the Left Bank oak grove - this is a security zone - and tried to bring to justice the representatives of the Khimki administration who came there, since this was the decision of the mayor Vladimir Vladimirovich Strelchenko. We wanted to ask them why the work was being done here, why the change houses were installed. They ran away from us. We tried to attract the attention of the police - the police also ran away. As a result, we signed a petition to President Medvedev that illegal work was being carried out in the security zone. The situation is the same as with Rechnik, but there, in the water protection zone, for some reason they kicked people out of their houses, but here the administration itself is going to build everything up with houses, although this is a green, recreational zone, what kind of houses are there? Now residents have written “Hands off the oak grove!” on their cabins. 300 signatures were collected, all those present signed the appeal, it will be transferred to the presidential administration. An appeal that a nature protection zone is being built up in Khimki by decision of the head of the Khimki district, Strelchenko. These cabins appeared on June 29. We are going to patrol the oak forest and prevent them from taking any action.

There have already been two public hearings in connection with the development of this oak forest. About 500 people came, they stomped their feet and shouted. The hearings were conducted with gross violations, and media representatives were beaten. And the prosecutor's office recognized the hearings as legal. In fact, it is impossible to build here on the mass of procedural and legal issues.
