It’s only recently that all sorts of alcoholic delights have returned to stores in the form of imported alcohol-containing products: wine, cognac and other excesses, and tireless officials have once again decided to reform alcohol legislation. They propose to change the procedure for levying excise taxes, introduce minimum retail prices for alcohol, and also tighten criminal and administrative liability for illegal trade in alcohol products. According to estimates, we have already experienced three alcohol revolutions in 2006, and they still haven’t had enough.
