Apparently, the prosecutor's office was in a hurry to announce the discovery of the murder of Vigen Abrahamyants. 11th-grader Denis Kulagin admitted to killing an Armenian, but his mother claims that the police obtained the confession through “deception and blackmail.” During the interrogation, Denis did not admit his guilt, then he was offered two options: either the young man confesses to the murder out of jealousy, or he is charged with murder motivated by national hatred and, accordingly, 15 years in prison. The mother, frightened, forced her son to sign a confession.
