Two percent

Today, a year after the emergence of “other Russia” and nine months before the inauguration of the new Russian president, I would like to say a few words about the main thing. Namely, about the same two percent.

The Kremlin constantly repeats that it relies on the vast majority of the people, but the opposition is not able to create their most. So it is. However, the problem is not at all in most. Moreover, the opposition leaders now have no direct appeal mechanisms to the people's masses. The problem is in the minority.

It is known that the history of the nation, country, civilization is moving forward an active creative minority. Accounting for about 2% of the population. This minority performs two extremely important functions:

a) reacts to the challenges of history and knows how (or does not know how to) find an answer to them; Depending on the quality of the answer, civilization (country, nation) opens up a new stage of its development or dies;

b) forms social morality, a system of samples and ideals.

Those 2%that today rule the country came to the surface at the time of the destruction of the Russian-Soviet empire, at the turn of the 80-90s of the last century. We are talking about people who, at the point of excess of history, in a situation of the collapse of the Soviet project, were perpendicular to the former state-therefore, not being constrained by Soviet-imperial moral standards and samples, they were able to quickly equip their own regime on the most tidbitous pieces of Soviet ruins. A deep mistake is to consider these people partagacers or kagashniki. The modern ruling layer consists of two groups:

- outsiders of the Soviet system, for various reasons for the side of the official imperial structures and therefore non -loving all the imperial; They learned to wear masks of Soviet officials, but these masks should not deceive anyone; The characteristic representative of this group is Vladimir Putin;

- late -Soviet underground businessmen, who, in principle, did not come into contact with the imperial state and did everything possible so as not to know about its existence; all kinds of merchants of antiques and "boiled" jeans; Characteristic representatives of this group are the ruling oligarchs (not all, but most).

The collapse of the USSR and the take -off of these same two percent came for the period of fatigue of a significant part of mankind from large ideologies and global megaprojects. The place of ideology confidently began to occupy the long, like the Great Siberian River, a Baton of a doctoral sausage.

The current rulers of Russia then, almost 20 years ago, turned out to be absolutely congenial to these tired trends. After all, they had long known that no concepts of a system of type “homeland”, “fatherland”, “freedom”, “justice” - no existing. And there are only gesheft and mechanisms for its implementation. That is why, by the way, today with such swan lightness they appropriate any ideological and verbal constructions, representing in the eyes of their stunned people either liberals, then nationalists, then socialists, then imperials. For them, after all, all this is a phraseology that does not matter, the ethereal propaganda chatter, which performs the function of a sedative for finally confused subjects. These people do not like the state. But, being in power, they cannot deny themselves the pleasure of using all the mechanisms and instruments of the state, including the apparatus of legitimate violence, to satisfy their personal carnal and commercial interests.

Today's talk about the incredible “strengthening of the state”, which sounds that it is characteristic, both from the Kremlin and anti -Kremlin spheres, are simply ridiculous: not the state is growing at all, but by the scope of its capabilities to solve problems, not related to statehood. For the current two percent, the state is not an independent subject who must serve, which existed long before us and will be after us. No - the state arose that day and an hour when our jeans merchant sat in a boss office, and will die in the second of his resignation.

Boris Yeltsin did not initially belong to this two percent layer, but over time, for a number of reasons-the conjunctural and medical and physiological-became its hostage, and then the exponent of will. The board of “jeans merchants” finally took shape in 1996, when it was first demonstrated that to keep the authorities as an instrument for protecting the results of privatization of the Soviet inheritance, anything can be done. Victory will write off everything.

But Yeltsin was still not quite his own for this ruling layer. He remained a politician who, partly thinking of the categories of large achievements. A more integral and holistic representative of these 2%was needed. So Vladimir Putin appeared. He fully acquitted the expectations and hopes of his sister brothers, which allows him to recognize him as a completely successful ruler-of course, from the point of view of those goals that, in fact, without propaganda fools, stood (and still stand) in front of the Putin Kremlin.

The ruling two percent has created a new moral code, the main provisions of which are as follows:

- The most important thing in life is money; A reasonable person should strive only for money;

- A person can also strive for power or glory, but, as a rule, insofar as power/glory contributes, ultimately, the increase in income in monetary form;

- the substance of money is sacred; Money can be given only to those who correctly understand their place and role in life, but should never be entrusted to the proofans;

- a person’s desire for freedom, justice, the protection of national interests and other things that do not have direct monetary equivalent is unnatural and therefore unacceptable; Anyone who says that he needs freedom, or justice, or some other miracles are worse - crazy or crook.

Actually, this is how the Kremlin refers to these oppositionists - as madmen or scammers; Therefore, it is so harshly fighting with the marches of disagreements, fed, as it seems to him, by an explosive mixture of these two immoral categories of citizens. With all sorts of Zyuganovs or Yavlinsky, everything is clear - they depict the opposition in order to make money at the right to participate in the elections, and therefore it is not difficult to agree with them; They are systemic, moral people. And scumbag from another Russia? Well, everything is clear here - the US State Department pays a kind of crooks, and these crooks for the mass are engaged in crazy people.

But back to the moral code:

- The social hierarchy is a staircase of priests of the Moloch, clergymen of the cult of money; Standing at a higher stage of the stairs here is obviously more perfect than lower, because it has more rights and fewer duties;

- To protect your financial interests, you can do everything except one thing: you cannot violate the monetary interests of priests of a higher level, in other words, authorities;

- everyone who climbs up the stairs of the Moloch must be recognized as successful; who descends is a loser;

- every collectivism is destructive and harmful; Every individualism is creative, beautiful and honorable; There is no and can not be any basis for human solidarity, except for joint activities for the extraction of money; Solidarity ceases when the mercantile interests of seeking young blessings begin to diverge;

- Life is given to a person once, and it must be lived in such a way as not to spend painfully time in search of the past or future; There was already one flood before us - and nothing, if one more happens after us, we will not suffer from this;

- Anyone who denies the provisions of this moral code, is a deliberate loser; He can also be recognized as a loser of a swindler (since the successful scammers can use the code and never go against it) or, again, a madman, the harm from which is determined only by the degree of his asociality.

From the point of view of this moral code, Jesus Christ was the largest loser in history. He did not take advantage of the happy opportunity to seize power in Jerusalem, extremely unsuccessfully held a PR campaign, quarreled with the Pharisees, many of whom were initially favored, spoiled relations with potential sponsors, which began to expel the trading from the temple for some reason; He knew for sure that he would be arrested, but never fled from the Gethsemane Garden; Finally, I could not take advantage of Pilate's favor. It is also important to understand that the fate of this unfortunate Luzer decided just the majority, so he had no one to complain about. Jesus left only 12 students - baby babble! Emperor Tiberius at the installation press conference could say: “We are not interested in marginal groups, especially small ones; The situation of the Roman Empire is so stable that we may well look down on them. ”

The main positive hero of Putin's Russia is Judas Zariot. Today's two percent are professional temporary workers who have come to grab their fart and run away to the side of eternity. To compete with them on their field is immoral and pointless. The opposition in today's Russia should be engaged in completely different.

Namely:

- formulation of new morality;

- the formation and consolidation of new "two percent";

- The advancement of the leader, who would lead another active creative minority, these new two percent.

Hence the requirements for a single candidate. He should not be terribly loved by the people or pushing the elbows of official successors. He cannot reason in the categories of quick success. But he is obliged to qualitatively (not quantitatively!) To differ in its worldview and organic moral attitudes from the rulers of the current. He should be perpendicular to today, as a young jeans merchant was perpendicular to the far from the USSR.

The primaries of a single opposition candidate is a moral and aesthetic choice, not political. Search for trust is not a majority, but minorities. Those 2%that can respond to the historical requirement to create a new state. Unless, of course, we still have time to fulfill this direct requirement.

It almost does not depend on us whether we can win. But it depends only on us whether we can be ready for this-unreal and yet very possible-victory.
