The penalty, which was written out of scratch of the Voice association in the Moscow World Court, and the circus that occurs in the process of Navalny in Kirov is returned to a very simple thought. This thought occurred to me during the ships over Yukos.

So we were indignant at that time that Khodorkovsky and Lebedev were judged by incomprehensible for what they accused them of stole all the oil, that the evidence of linden, performances of the prosecutors are wretched, judge scoundrel, investigators worked clumsy. But I did not leave the feeling that it was done so mockingly. Not everyone understands legal and procedural subtleties. And even if the case is understood incorrectly, with violations, then not every ordinary citizen will be able to understand this. Especially from the outside, not knowing all the circumstances.

And then our remarkable justice made a move of a horse. Instead of disassembling the case according to the law (this, of course, no one was waiting) or instead of trying to create the appearance of the legality of what was happening, the eyes of Femis did everything so that even a fool understood - this is a deception! This is a fraud, a rough fake, the violation of everything and everything. Mockery of logic and common sense. Therefore, they did not draw either tricky schemes or simple formulas. They simply said that Yukos robbed himself and thereby robbed the country.

And at this moment, all our entrepreneurs understood: if anything, they will also take everything from them at one moment! If they only try to pitch, they will immediately explain that they have no property and had no property that all of their billions are candy wrappers. That no one in court will even try to portray justice. They will deal with a person or company demonstratively rudely, not bothering with anything.

And the entrepreneurs turned out to be shallow guys. Except for Mr. Prokhorov (and we will not consider him and we will not), no one else showed any political ambitions. No civic activity, no voyage against the current and spitting against the wind. Everyone swore allegiance to the state, many expressed their readiness to voluntarily and condoing to Sochi and other projects, agreeing to this expropriation for the sake of saving business and personally themselves.

Now absolutely the same thing happens with the “voice” and Navalny. “Voice” is the most, in my opinion, uncompromising organization, which was engaged in the struggle against Churovshchina. Having hit it, the authorities want to show everyone else that it is not necessary to fight with Churovshchina, that 146% is not the limit, but rather the lower border. There was nothing against the “voice” - nothing at all! Neither the composition nor the event of the "crime". Simple question: what overseas sources and how many associations have listed? This question remained unanswered. Rather, the answer was to receive the Norwegian Prize.

The judge, more precisely, those who managed the judge, perfectly understood that it was nonsense of the blue mare. It is impossible to consider the premium to receive foreign financing, and the witty as soon as they did not open on this occasion. Moreover, even the “voice” did not take this money.

We know how they say to us. We know that I did not take, we know that it is absurd to fine for the prize. But this is exactly what we need: to show that we want to punish you and punish you, no. It would be for what - they would put it in general. And with Navalny - exactly the same. Let those who must testify “against” testify to “for”. Let the main witness of the prosecution remember nothing. And he cannot remember even after the prosecutors read the cheat sheet out loud to him. Let the amount of damage to comical, and examinations that would prove the very presence of damage were not carried out.

But this is the court and it is necessary. We will arrange a circus and under the roar of firecrackers, the sounds of a “carcass”, in clown caps and funny nosed boots we will put the chief opposition, so that the others understand: if they are planting Navalny for some garbage, then nothing shines for us even more so. So do not be surprised and outraged - everything goes according to plan. And in this absurd theater the main idiocy is still ahead. The fool was turned on, and the fool is cutting out.
