The fact is that the chairman of the Accounts Chamber Sergei Stepashin (it was his department that investigated the abuse of sports officials) decided to publish compromising information about a person, about whom everyone knows that he is “Putin”. Moreover, very, very Putin ... as they say, from the "first" row.

However, the glee in the camp of Dmitry Medvedev - the prime minister, giving the friend to the friend, showed obvious weakness! - It seems to me very premature. It is hardly worth doubt that Stepashin sent a preliminary report on the investigation both to the White House and to the Kremlin. However, apparently, he did not wait for any reaction from there and published the information. Well, there is nothing surprising in the fact that Putin did not indicate his attitude to the Olympic holidays Vitaly Mutko. From the point of view of Vladimir Vladimirovich, if the minister himself could not agree with Stepashin at an early stage and resolve the scandal, prevent him from breaking out, then this is his mutko problem. We know that Putin "does not undermine snot for anyone." However, this does not mean at all that Mutko will be expelled from a high position tomorrow, despite all the cries of the Federation Council. I just think that he will get up. Since early -ripening seats are not Putin's style. Moreover, Vitaly Mutko is really his man.

The attack of United Russia on the Minister of Finance Alexei Kudrin is extremely ritual. Already Alexei Leonidovich Putin will definitely not give any offense to anyone. Alexei Leonidovich, of course, knows about this, and therefore allows himself different liberties - for example, with neglect of responding to the party in power. What other “liberals” in the government - German Gref or Elvira Nabiullina - never allow themselves. However, the argument that the leaders of United Russia are used today in relation to the chief financier - they say that his calls to increase the retirement age are hit by the prime minister and in a certain sense harm his image - has the right to exist. If only because the name Kudrin in the public consciousness is closely associated with the name of Putin. Another thing is that since Kudrin says about this, it means that Putin feels that he has a sufficient reserve of various kinds of resources in order to initiate a discussion of this issue.

And it’s really funny to listen to the reasoning that Kudrin, they say, judging by his behavior, is also looking towards Medvedev and is almost ready to join the party of the “second Medvedev term”. There is no more “Putin” person in the current Russian government than Alexey Kudrin. So the "Medvedevites" should be forgotten about Kudrin. With the same success, they can try to lure Igor Sechin to their side.
