It is important to know and understand that the story with Taisisi, the subsequent process is only an episode in a long history of the confrontation between the national bonds and the power in general and with law enforcement agencies in particular. We are talking about both the local, Smolensk scale of confrontation, and the struggle at the All -Russian level.

In Smolensk, it all started in 1998, when Sergey Fomchenkov (Fomich) created the local NBP cell. Who does not know, but in such organizations a lot depends on the leader. The leader, his personal qualities, and not money, communications or patronage in the capital, set the organization of the tone. Sergei set such a tone that very soon the Smolensk cell became the largest in Russia, and it became just fashionable to be an nationalball in the city.

The consequence of this fashion was a protracted street conflict with local right. Right not in the sense of liberals, but in the sense of skins, skinheads. Brrito -headed ones felt that the smart modern nationalism of the NBP was taking away their potential “flock” from them and began to violate the National Bolshes violently. Scars on Sergei's face are a reminder of those dramatic events. However, he left that story with dignity, and the organization only strengthened the organization.

Meanwhile, the Ministry of Justice refused the NBP to register, and therefore in the right to participate in the elections to the parliament. I had to invent new methods, one of which became the APD - direct action shares. On the first major in the history of the NBP, the action in Sevastopol powerful and large Smolensk branch was put up by four people. Sergei himself, who recruited volunteers, took a personal part in it.

Despite the absolutely non -violent nature of the action (now even in the Russian Federation even for the “day” will not be convicted) all its participants, and Sergey, too, were arrested and spent six months in a Ukrainian prison. As a result, after returning home to Smolensk, he first had to face the obsessive and constant attention of law enforcement agencies. To have such a “client” (almost the instigator of the diplomatic scandal) in the subordinate territory few people hunt.

It was at that moment that 16-year-old Taisiya Osipova came to the party. Tasya. She soon distinguished himself-reached out to anyone, but to the Governor of Maslov, a former Chekist. Tasia publicly whipped him with a bouquet of a clove with the words: "You live at the expense of ordinary Smolyans, here you are from the NBP." And it was for what. Maslov took literally everyone in Smolensk. As a result, Taisiya received her first term - one year conditionally, and Sergey was declared Governor Maslov “Political Opponent number one”.

In the subsequent elections to the State Duma, where Sergei ran for the local district, he was already opposed by the entire state machine. The former Chekists could not allow him to be allowed to power. The consequence of this pressure was the move of Sergei and Taisiya (by that time they already became husband and wife) to Moscow, where Sergey, as an experienced local leader, took up the coordination of all regional branches of the party.

If anyone does not know, I will explain that the coordination of regions is an extremely important thing. In fact, the one who does this connects together scattered groups of party members in, in fact, a party. It is in the "Osra" people who holds a salary and a career. In an unregistered and also poor party with people, you need to constantly communicate, encourage, inspire, take into account their requests, etc. There are specific tasks that you can’t write about here. The value of competent coordination became especially obvious in the era of marches of the disagreement, when the masses of the party members, secretly, contrary to the opposition of the police, gathered to the capital to participate in the shares. Or went to the regions to organize marches, as it was, for example, in Samara. With the beginning of the Strategy-31 era, the capital’s experience also demanded skillful distribution in the country. Only a naive person can think that people in the regions began to go on the 31st of themselves.

In a word, law enforcement officers realized that in order to weaken us as an organization, one of the key people, Sergei Fomchenkov, should be knocked out. What did they do. Over the years, many years of detective have long worked out many methods of pressure, influence on people. As prisoners say: “Institutes work!” This refers to research institutes of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, where these methods are developed. These methods tried to apply law enforcement officers, but unsuccessfully - Sergey was careful.

One way to knock a person out of the game is to create an irresistible problem for him. For example, the opening of a criminal case. The thing is the past, and now it can already be said that several years ago, at the very beginning of the development of the strategy-31, such an attempt in relation to Fomchenkov was undertaken. He was literally abducted on the street by employees of one of the departments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and tried to knock out testimonies on themselves. Sergey withstood, and the criminal case was never brought to the end.

In fairness, I’ll say that in that story the case also helped - Medvedev made amendments to the Criminal Code, and further persecution has lost its meaning. And then we would have the second Khodorkovsky. Then in the party we seriously considered the possibility of the evacuation of Sergei from the country, but ... were behind Fomich. As it turned out, only for a while.

The fact that a provocation is being prepared against Taisiya, Sergey found out in advance. He was told. His mistake was that he was reproached and did not give this fact out in time. The purpose of provocation is still the same - to create irresistible problems in the life of a political activist.
