It used to be found on the actions of the opposition before. She always came with a red ribbon - Elena Anatolyevna adheres to her left glances.
For freedom for everyone, for honest elections, for social justice - these are the requirements with which she went on May 6 on the march and for the rally. In the photo and video from the scene, Elena Kokhtareva in an elegant silk blouse, with a scattering of spring colors.
On March 19, employees of the Investigative Committee of the Investigative Committee came home to Kokhtareva to conduct a search in connection with the “swamp business”. The hostess was away, and the search was carried out in the presence of her daughter Elizabeth, who after that received the status of a witness. At the end of the search, the investigator Alexei Bykov immediately went to the village where Kokhtarev was located, and personally handed her a summons with a demand for March 25 to appear for interrogation, advising to come with the defender.
Kokhtareva and her lawyer gave subscriptions about non -disclosure, so they could not report additional information on the case. The investigation claims that “evidence was collected that E. Kokhtareva, during the riots, threw bottles and other objects into the police and other people, and also applied physical violence to two police officers, who repelled from the young man detained for violation of the public order of the young man.” According to the Investigative Committee, “during interrogation as the accused with the participation of a defender, Elena Kokhtareva confirmed the fact of participation in the riots and explained that she really applied violence against police officers.”
In fact, when employees of the Investigative Committee came to her, Elena Anatolyevna did not deny that "yes, she threw an empty plastic bottle in the attackers at peaceful demonstrators."
On March 28, Elena Kokhtareva, along with lawyer Yuri Krugov, visited the UK again, where, after conducting investigative actions, her status was changed to the “accused” (after the first interrogation, she remained “suspect”). After that, she was questioned already in a new quality.
