The head of the Ministry of Oil and Gas of Turkmenistan, Kurbanmurat Ataev, offered Gazprom to buy Turkmen gas at $100 per thousand cubic meters. According to the official, if the Russian company does not sign the corresponding contract within a month and a half, Turkmenistan will stop gas supplies. Currently, Turkmen gas costs Gazprom $65 per thousand cubic meters. It’s a trifle, but Europe should be pleased, as well as Belarus and Ukraine.
