Referendum without a question

"Never the case was - and here again!" Some Aphorisms of Chernomyrdin are close to genius, but this one, very beloved, still turns out to be poorer than my reality. That is, in the first part - indisputable and banal truth. But only in the first - they have not yet survived to the second.

I am about the elections.

They say that I myself wrote many times - "imitation democracy." It seems that you can’t argue - we imitate. Only-what are we imitating? It is clear that the election to the parliament. The answer is incorrect. Officially - incorrect.

The fact is that all this ... The event ... looks so strange that it is already called the “elections”. Moreover, the authorities and does not want to sell it in the wrapper of the "Elections to the Parliament."

EP does not participate in the debate, the debates themselves are exiled at an absolutely impossible time, the “parties” (except for the Unified Party of Russia) defiantly got to the number “Liliput’s ballet on ice - without lighting”, etc. In a word, the imitation of "competition of parties" - rejected, torn, thrown into the garbage bucket.

Well, the devil would not hurt with him.

But what are we imitating? The “referendum on the trust of Putin” - so it is now officially called on state TV. Very good. Only ... what is the goal? Trust - what?!

A referendum can be carried out to endow with new powers or extend the current powers. Let's say Putin is going on for a third term. Such a referendum is clear. We vote for/against the letter of Mikhalkov-ceremettes. Understand! But Putin refused the third term. CATEGORICALLY. 1001 times. So what is the "referendum" about?!

A referendum on the topic “Do you trust the outgoing president?”? Trust ... What, in fact, trust? Trust the right to leave, or what?

Or another question: “You are for wishing V.V. Happy path - or for the happy path to him not to desire ”? So, yes?

No. They explain to us that this is a referendum about Putin's Plan. And what - is there such a plan?

Putin says there is no Putin's plan. Well, he probably knows better.

“They collected it,” he says, “my messages to the Federal Assembly and issued squeezes from them with a brochure.” Well, from afar - and from afar. I have not seen this brochure, but I believe that it is.

And - what is the referendum? “Are you because these speeches were made - or not”? A strange question ... "Did you like these speeches"? Also wonderful. Well, I liked it - and then what? “Do you still like these speeches”? I don’t remember, but I love them. AND - ?..

A more constructive question - “Are you for the set goals to be realized - or not”? Again it is incomprehensible!

Something has been implemented a long time ago-Putin has been speaking for 8 years. Something is unrealized, but no one even thinks to offer any plan of implementation. And again: the question is “referendum” what?! Why should I vote?

“Are you in order to have oil for $ 90, but for Russia to be great - or to have oil for $ 9, but that Russia is small”? Such a referendum would make sense: we, as pagans, make a sacrifice to the oil god - we offer a mountain of our ballots to his altar so that he does not turn away from us even after Putin left the Kremlin. But we are not talking about this right - so as not to frighten off that very Neftebog. Such a vegetarian god - feeds on ballots ...

Agree. But this question is not offered to us. Or maybe they don’t even have it in mind ...

What other versions that explain all this action are possible?

The election of Putin by the national leader, how does Pavlovsky explain to us for six months already? Say, tens of millions of votes have been received, which means that the leader, although not the president.

Agree. I just don't understand again - what kind of position is this? Russia is a state -owned country. There is a position - there is a person, there is no position - there is no person. So where is this position in the staff list? Her (positions) rights and obligations. Explain - I will vote, with joy.

Parliament elections - no. Voting for the president - who still leaves. A referendum about the plan - which no one knows. The election of the national leader - i.e. Some figure, about which no one can say anything and does not want to say anything. They are limited to a meaningful hint ... by hint of hint and vote?

Imitation - but what?

Ritual - but what?

Don Quixote stormed the windmills. But to imagine 50-60 million Don Quixote, who will stench with the ballots at the ready ... The purpose of them invisible-before that, Cervantes did not think of it ...
