On May 17, Tina would have turned 52, and on August 1 it would be exactly a year as she left us.
In the Rubens Hall of the Belgian city of Antwerp, relatives, relatives, friends of our Tina Brussels-Magomaeva gathered. And just those who knew her. And many knew her. The evening was dedicated to the life and work of Tina. Her colleagues and friends in detail and multilaterally described the personality of this woman, also very multifaceted.
They conceived such an evening and took over all the work on his conduct of Belgian friends of Tina: the deputy of the European Parliament Bart Steys, whose adviser Tina worked in recent years, Annemaria Guile and Jose Hotals from Pax Christi Vlanderen. They wanted to not only talk about Tina, but also let the audience hear her voice, immortalized in verses. Memories were interspersed with music, poems and dancing. How all this would have been in the heart of Tina, who loved such a free alternation of communication, thoughts and entertainment!
The audience did not hide their emotions, speaking of Tina. Everyone shared his memories of life, work, character and unsurpassed talent of this outstanding woman. Everyone who climbed onto the stage noted how incredibly heavy burden of caring for compatriots at a difficult time for them was taken over Tina. She baked about strangers, sometimes unfamiliar, like a mother about children. And no matter what official status was, she did not leave these worries. Almost until the last hour.
Bart Staas remembered Tina as a strong, amazing woman: “I met her shortly after I became the chairman of the joint delegation of Russia and the European Union,” he said. - Tina very deeply, meaningfully wrote about what happened in Chechnya and Russia. Soon after her arrival here, she became the leader of the Chechen diaspora. Together with Vluchtelingenwerk Vlanderen (Flemish refugee assistance organization), she explained what the consequences of the Dublin protocol were bad. Tina did a huge work on the arrangement of her fellow countrymen in a new place. She always sought truth and justice. Tina took care of others more than about herself. ”
Annemaria Gilen told how they met and began to work closely. They both believed in the world and non -violent methods of its achievement.
Therefore, they immediately found a common language. Together, politicians convinced the need for a long and comprehensive peacekeeping process in Russia and Chechnya. Tina was a fighter for the world not only at the international level, but also on human. The other side of their cooperation was manifested in the organization of cultural events. Tina wanted to cheer up the Chechens who were forced to settle here, and at the same time help them preserve their culture and traditions that are so important for people in a foreign land.
A colleague in the magazine "Dosh" and a like-minded Tina, Abdulla Duduev spoke about high professionalism and moral principles in the journalistic work of Tina. She owned an expert with a feather and knew how to do not often meet, write on any topic, while seriously delving into the essence, comprehensively studying the problems or heroes of her publications. “Reading articles, reports, essays of Tina,” said Abdullah, “it was possible to vividly and visibly imagine all the events she described. This is the ability to create not on the television screen, but by means of the word the effect of presence - a rare gift, this is probably why its journalistic talent smoothly, naturally flowed into the writer. ” Another remarkable quality of her personality, according to Abdullah, was the ability to calmly, but tell the person what she thinks, and not what they would like to hear from her.
Jose Hotalts shared her memories of Tina, as a versatile, realized in many hypostles: mothers, journalists, civil activists, peacemaker. She believes that she can be called a real Chechen "drawings". Tina worked tirelessly to ensure a reliable future and respect to the Chechens of Europe. She did not want the misses of individual emigrants to disgrace the entire Chechen community, and did a lot for this personally. Serving cancer herself, Tina played an important role in the project for the prevention of breast cancer in Chechen women in Belgium. Unfortunately, few women responded, but this is so important - to be examined in time. Together with the sister of Tina Raisa, Zura Radueva and Zara Magomadova, we compose a book of her articles, poems and fairy tales. By the end of this year, a book on Flemish and CDs in Chechen and Russian languages will be seen.
The coordinator of the Chechen society in Antwerp Saypuddy Khalikov also spoke of the importance of the role that Tina played in the community of Chechens of Belgium and other European countries. She spent her strength disinterestedly, helping everyone who asked for it. Day and night, seven days a week I was ready to answer questions, listen to complaints, encourage and give hope. No one then evaluated this work as high as it deserved, but today, as usual, it was late we realized how great it was.
Sayd-Mokhmad Khachukaev spoke about the worthy story of the Magomaev family from the village of Gexh, from which Tina came out.
Tina was an intelligent person, perfectly educated, with an aggravated sense of justice, a great and subtle sense of humor. In her soul lived a hot love of life and for people. Moreover, she had an heightened, artistic aesthetic feeling, she always wanted to help others see the beautiful, to draw attention to what is beautiful. Maybe that's why she managed to resist a terrible disease for so long.
To give listeners to feel better than Tina in our world, Side-Mokhmad told a very beautiful, touching legend. Once a certain Chechen was captured. He knew that a painful death was waiting for him. He was tied to a pillar on the top of the ice mountain and said that if he survived so until the morning, he would be released. Because they knew: no one has survived such a night. But his friend found out about everything. At first he fell into despair from the impossibility of helping, but then he realized what to do. When the prisoner left at the top of the mountain already began to freeze, he suddenly saw that a large fire was flared up at the next peak. And he guessed who lit him. The fire burned all night. And the prisoner seemed to feel the warmth emanating from distant fire. Looking at his light, he was warmed by hope. And so survived. Tina in Brussels lit the same fire for all of us who got lost in Europe. “She had no money, there was only her hot, generous heart,” he said.
Actors Zura Raduev and Mayrbek Magomadov and Zara Magomadova decorated the evening with an exciting, penetrating reading of the poems of Tina. The famous Zindle Khasanov, playing on the balalaika, and Emidi for the guitar sang their favorite songs by Tina. The local ensemble "Laram" under the leadership of Slobe Zakhrieva was performed by lyrical and incendiary Chechen dances, Dzhabrail Maxmer read poems in Dutch dedicated to Tina. When Emelkhan Sharipov played on the synthesizer, and on the big screen installed on the stage, photographs of Tina, which captured her appearance, then playfully cheerful, then thoughtful, replaced each other for this music, many in the hall could not hold back tears.
