As for the increase in the birth rate, the theme that became one of the main in the last presidential message, I already wrote in the "hedgehog", so I will not repeat myself. Let me only remind you that the birth rate - “in Putin” - we need to increase the population. The president is mistaken - the experience of developed countries has already clearly proved that an increase in the population is possible not by increasing birth rate, but by reducing mortality. If the ban on abortion is considered a struggle with mortality, then Krutov, of course, is right. But he seems to mean something else.

In general, it is possible to agree with the deputy, in the heart, in the sense that, deciding to abortion, the wife should still consult with her husband, because this is his child too (we will leave in brackets when not him). To solve this without a spouse is dishonest. But give the spouse the right of the veto!

Abortion can be prohibited, contraceptives can be prohibited, you can restore the tax on childlessness, you can, in the end, simply obligate to give birth under pain of all kinds of troubles. But, in my opinion, quality is more important, not the quantity. It is no secret that in Russia a huge number of unplanned pregnancies that are an unpleasant surprise for parents. Due to the lack of or inability to use contraceptives, by some chance.

But if citizens to ban abortion, they will give birth to unwanted children who will not love. These will be unfortunate children. Do we need unfortunate children? Of unfortunate children, unhappy people will grow. Do we need unfortunate people? Anyway, what, if only more? I'm not talking about the fact that every ban is the ground for crime.
