The Supreme Court of Russia has again overturned the acquittal pronounced by the Moscow City Court against the transplant doctors of the 20th hospital in Moscow. The criminal case was sent for a new trial to the same Moscow City Court, but with a new composition of the court. The episode, for which three doctors could end up behind bars, occurred back in November 2005. The doctors are accused of trying to illegally use human organs for transplantation. The prosecution claims that the doctors did not even confirm the patient's death.
