“Rainbow Keepers” - “Rainbow Keepers” - the name of a small ship of ecologists, on which they tried to prevent de Hell to carry out the conduct of the first nuclear tests on the Mororoa Atoll. Informal environment

In those days, when the trees were large and the indestructible union seemed to be an incomplete given, it was fashionable to be against it . Then, as many informals appeared on Soviet streets as Ilyich's monuments in the squares - and the main legal cover, the justification of meaningful antisocial behavior became ecology. Not the state of the environment - then few people thought about it then, but the permitted political ideology. The army of Soviet hippies, panka, anarchists and metallists growing every day was basically not to “discharge of society”, as often in the West, but by children from relatively prosperous families, teachers and engineers. Many did not want to be against it just like that. It’s better to be against something. Ecology became a convenient occasion that could be grabbed to contrast yourself with everything else - the system, capital, industrialization, money: "The source and essence of our wealth are given by solar radiation, which is trampled by energy - and therefore wealth without any compensation. All life stems out of strange original waste, which is identical to the sun, and therefore life is simply obliged to leak as brilliant as sunny Shine " (Bergflet). In anticipation of a brilliant life, an informal environment looked at the environment with interest and hope. The West looked east.

Having originated among the remaining unattended, an instant Soviet society, the international environmental movement "Rainbow Keepers" began to involve non -formal youth into their ranks as the most appropriate for the "green struggle" of the mass. Initially controlled by the anarcho -ecologists of the West, in Russia, apparently for the purity of anarchist experiment, they are not officially registered and exist in the form of the same unorganized movement as, say, hippies or punks. This is a purely informal project. Simple for understanding, but at the same time - quite radical.

The third ecoanarchism

The ideological component of the movement is almost completely contained in the texts of people such as Andrei Gortz and Mireille Kurdchin (his "ecoanarchism", a book of fundamental texts - the Bible of the keepers of the rainbow). In Russia, Sergey Fomichev became the successor of the Hotz-Bukchin case, who has been publishing the third way to the money of Western organizations since the year 90. Its publishing house is also called. Of course, neither to Nikish, nor to Ustryalov, nor to Junger, nor to other ideologists of the third path, due to the narrowness of the “Raduzhnikov” about ideology as such (what can be seen later), this has nothing to do. Rather, a linguistic incident. Maybe because for them there are only two ways - these are communism and capitalism. Well, of course - ecoanarchism, although this is the "third path". Everything else is heresy, fascism and other nightmare things. Revelation from XP briefly looks something like this. The world faces the threat of an environmental disaster. But eco -catastrophe is not a necessary element of the development of civilization. You can do without it. And you need. Capitalism, transnational corporations, a consumer society that corporations "heated" with the help of the media, etc. leads to the eco -catastrof. They force people to consume more and more, to demand all the best quality, and this will sooner or later lead to the suicide of mankind. To avoid it, you need to move on to socialist, but better to anarchic types of interaction. When the growth of consumption stops, people will engage in more spiritual development and improvement of consciousness, and then it will not become capitalists. The anarcho-communist dream, which is formed around the idea of ​​an environmental disaster: "If it is not in our opinion, it will not be in any way."

But despite the external community of goals, some green are still more green than others, and therefore different ways of salvation are offered by different ones. The keepers of the rainbow to the spirit do not tolerate the worldwide and the entirely known environmental organization "Greenpeace". They have something. This organization respects private property, tries not to violate the law, holds, according to radical ecologists, purely decorative, demonstrative actions. In contrast to the Greenpeace, the guardians of the rainbow have little money, they have a “side effect” of private property, they are left -wing, aggressive, for the anarcho -ecological revolution, against industrialism, capitalism, globalism. And the Greenpeace for them is a clumsy and ineffective media monster, oily oily with money. He only distracts from the true environmental struggle, representing all this only as a spectacle for the obese consciousness of the bourgeois.

The capital of domestic guardians of the rainbow is located in Nizhny Novgorod. Sergey Fomichev, our version of Miraea Buhmchin, two years ago published the book "Multi -colored green", which is an ideological manifesto, popularization and adaptation of ideas of the Buhmchin under the Russian mentality. "We need an ecological revolution that cannot but be social. If humanity does not want to die, our other completely principles of development should accept." Fomichev lives in Nizhny Novgorod, where he created the institute, he registered it himself, scored his friends as employees. The whole "third path" is also there. In Moscow, Maxim Kuchinsky leads the movement. And in general, what is ideology? The main thing in the environmental movement is still a direct action, revolutionary struggle, radical resistance. The rest is "ideological chatter", and why about sad?

Death is made here

It is clear that neither Pankov nor anarchists can be called organized people. Moreover, Russian. However, here the personnel decide, if not everything, then a lot. The presence of a small number of decisive and very well -prepared ideological ecologists in all respects, well -read bribe, turns the chaotic mass of punks and informals into an effective, rather coordinated mechanism. That is why, until today, all shares of the guardians of the rainbow, the number of which has exceeded a hundred, pass surprisingly effective and organized.

Their group could be observed on the roof of the Ministry of Nuclear industry with a huge banner "Death is made here." In the 95th year, 20 people were handcuffed to the building, where the presidential administration is located. The keepers blocked (at least they themselves think so) the project of the Moscow-Piter high-speed highway, against which they immediately set up extremely aggressively. When the construction just began, they threatened that they would break equipment, attack builders, etc. Moreover, when they say so, it means that they will do so. They said that we will burn all the tractors - then they will burn.

Sometimes they are held local stocks. For example, pitching forests. The guys, let's say, come somewhere, where it is impossible, in their opinion, to cut down the trees, due to their rare thoroughness, and they carry out his studs in this place. I must say that this is a very laborious lesson and it requires fair physical effort. Nevertheless, they have turned to him many times and are still addressing him. Several times we went to mistakes the taiga. They buy giant nails, come to the right place and score these nails at the level of sawn in the trees, along the trunk day. After that, the sign is left warning: "The forest is taught!" - And they leave. The workers come: “Okay, it’s mistaken ...” - and the saw flies on the first tree. The guardians of the rainbow have such a myth that everything that they fought against was closed. In fact, this is not entirely true. For example, they fought against the Zaporizhzhya coke chemist - and he really went to reconstruction after that. But now he works.

These are very romantic and active people , unlike members of all sorts of other environmental organizations who are sitting in Moscow, repeating that we, they say, for the ecology day. In the summer, the keepers of the rainbow gather in Russia the entire informal fraternity and send to environmental camps, giving everyone the opportunity to work for the good of the environment.

All in the camps!

Almost reliably known (although this is not advertised) that the keepers receive grants from different Western organizations. Evil languages ​​accuse them even that they, they say, destroy our industry for enemy money and conduct subversive activities against the domestic manufacturer. They publish the same newspaper on the same funds, and in reality a very small circulation, although they indicate much more, and then assure their western cartridges that all the money has gone "to business." Obstrustly keepers of the rainbow are very constant. Their ranks do not grow and do not decrease. The backbone of the organization is only a few people, the rest are “seasonals”, dotted for the period of summer environmental camps, which are arranged annually. It is in the summer that the main environmental struggle unfolds. All in the camps!

Let's just say, of all who go there, only ten percent are anarchists. The rest of the participants are recruited from among the no -playing non -formal ones - pancakes, customs, metallists, students who are offered free of charge to slide into a fascinating tourist tour in Russia with tents, fires, singing for the guitar, and with benefit for the case. To compete for the ecology, climb into the crown of a tower crane with a black flag and a lot of other, no less exciting things.

The camp, as expected, is a tent town, divided near the object that needs to be closed. Usually quite well organized. Every evening a general meeting is held there, where it is decided what to do, what kind of events. At the same time, there is a desire for consensus. The minority, which is against, can always refuse the right to participate. The anarchist principle is not democratic. If someone believes that it is necessary to picket not this building, but some other, then the majority agrees with this: "... Okay, you go to picket something else, and the rest is." No one forces anyone for anything, there are no main ones. Most of all, because of this, police officers who periodically inspect camps are upset:
- Who is the main one?
- We have no main ones.
- Who is the main one, with whom to talk?
- Talk to everyone.
It always discourages and simply at a standstill. Moreover, so it is, and this is ideology .

Drugs and alcohol are prohibited in the camp, which is observed not only nominally, but also almost real. Firstly, the image will suffer, secondly, the “enemies” can turn the action because of this, thirdly, such cases are discussed at general meetings: “Yesterday, a comrade has grown up, it is very bad. Yes, they could all because of him alone ...”

The composition of the camp is updated by a shift method. Participants come for two weeks, and two weeks later the next batch is replaced by them. A month and a half without a break cannot be done.

Usually the camp lasts a half to two months. It is understood that he will stand to the victorious end, but in reality this is not so. In September, in any case, he turns off. It is cold, it is impossible to live in tents. And also you need to feed everyone and buy tickets. The road and maintenance of participants are paid at the expense of the grant.

"Odessai" team hr

The richest of events and important, from the point of view of the consequences, can be called the Odessa camp. It was the village of South, near Odessa, by the sea - the so -called Odessa bank. In this very bank, a huge amount of all that then lives in the Black Sea multiplies. If there is an oil floor, as the Ukrainian authorities were going to do there, then the consequences would be the most serious for the Black Sea fauna. But Ukraine was needed oil. They have very few of them, and the Ukrainian authorities needed to store Turkish oil at all costs. In fact, for the environment, this is a murderous project that would lead to the formation of a huge oil sea, which would inevitably appear, naturally, in violation of all laws and international conventions.

It is worth noting that XP always motivate their actions in dozens of laws, declarations and conventions. They have their own specialists who can always, despite the fact that they are for anarchy and revolution, to any official and any journalist to lay out a pack of arguments, why, they say, it is impossible to build here, and there you need to close this or that production. In addition, among the keepers there are a lot of biologists obsessed with ecology, which will explain in detail what substances and what exactly turn into and which organisms die. Therefore, the fact that it is in this place and for these reasons that an environmental disaster will occur - they will explain simply on the fingers.

In forty kilometers from Odessa, by the sea, where on the one hand a wild field, and on the other side of the cliff, by that time a construction site for the construction of an oil terminal had already appeared. As usual, the Aborigines took a feasible participation in the action. She was preceded by picket and notification of the population about the event that should take place. A group of activists went to the village of Yuzhny, and then to Odessa for explanatory work ... At first, the authorities reacted very sluggishly: they say, go, picket you, for a long time you have enough. At this time in Odessa, the campaign for the mayor’s election was just taking place. The acting mayor was silent so as not to exhibit the enemy of nature, while the contender in his place supported the closure of construction. “What other terminal?” He shouted indignantly. “They want to ruin the whole sea!”

The picket period usually lasts about a week, this is the time of PR, the interview and the influx of idle public. Then there is a sharp radicalization and heroic everyday life begins. In Odessa, they resulted in the capture of the construction site.

It happened one beautiful summer morning. Several dozens of activists completely blocked the construction work, climbed into the arrows of the tower cranes rolled up by the wind, waving black banners from there, paid off cabs of bulldozers and excavators, blocked roads and access roads, closed in all cranes and picked up wherever possible. It became impossible to work on the site. The workers left, they were replaced by television.

So far, there is, so to speak, “political information” - the authorities, it happens, even provide support. But when the blocking of construction sites begins, here they can no longer withstand and unite in a single impulse: this is extremism!

The situation at the Odessa bank developed, of course, by further radicalization, since XP consider themselves to be a revolutionary organization, which will not stop at anything, except that it does not kill anyone. It is believed that killing is a "western". Killing is not in anarchist. Everything else is not excluded.
OMON arrived at night, and without explaining anything, began to thresh with batons, pull out tents, smash and destroy the camp. However, the whole seriousness of the intentions of these people is manifested that it is very difficult to remove them. They gather again and again, like mercury, and it all starts first.

Capture

After the act of outright vandalism, the authorities decided to make a protest beyond the camp, where what is happening usually has a limited public outcry. Several people were sent to Odessa in order to identify objects related to construction. The most important object was found, the management of some trust, a two-story mansion, and it was decided to capture it. 50 people moved to Odessa by bus, 20 remained in the camp.

Upon arrival, they surrounded the mansion, guarded by a lone watchman, and the main part went inside: "Please, everyone to leave the room, the mansion is captured, we, the movement" Keepers of the rainbow ", demand ..."

Such things are never done for them just like that, recklessly and at random. At this moment, a commission, which was supposed to take a report on the topic, just arrived in Odessa, it is harmful or not harmful to build a terminal. "... We demand a meeting with the commission, we will hold the mansion until the commission meets with us." Everything turned out to be thought out. To demand the closure of the construction instead of the liberation of the mansion is not constructive. Structurally demand something really real and do it spectacular. Doors, windows, bars, balconies were barricaded, a black banner was hung on the roof. All employees left, the only one who did not want to leave for anything was a woman who washed the floors. "Aunt, you see, barricades are everywhere, you have to leave." "No, guys, I will still have the authorities about me , the authorities will give about me, if you are not here , if I’m not here , even though you are here , that I don’t have it, I’m wasting here ." It was the most difficult to evacuate.

The mansion remained captured all day. First, the Golden Eagle arrived, that is, special beers with terrorism, on buses with rifles shooting gas. Никто даже не шелохнулся: "Нет, встречу с комиссией - вот наши требования..."

Дело в том, что защищать баррикаду - это статья. А строить ее - не статья. Это тонкости, которые надо хорошо знать, и поэтому все Хранители перед акцией проходят юридический инструктаж.

Контртеррористам было резонно заявлено, что без санкции прокурора они не могут применять силу и газ против невооруженных людей. Те, почесав затылки, вызвали одесского прокурора. Прибывший вскоре прокурор оказался неглупым человеком. Выслушав протестантов, он отправил "Беркут" восвояси, оставив вместо него двух милиционеров - и уехал. После чего последовал новый вал прессы, который, впрочем, довольно скоро иссяк. Началась мертвая зона. Вечер в Одессе. Стали подумывать, что дальше делать. Еды особой нет, кроме винограда, которым там все заплетено, денег тоже, все в лагере, 40 км. В итоге все решили, что медиаэффект есть и блокада вечером была снята.

И все же арестовали и судили Хранителей в Одессе совсем по другому поводу. Там не было 93-го года, поэтому остались горсоветы. Туда и явились после осады особняка Хранители Радуги, вбили клинья прямо между тротуарных плиток, поставили палатку и выставили лозунги. К ним вышел председатель:
- Вы что?
- Мы - то. Мы блокировали стройку, захватывали особняк, теперь мы у вас, будем заниматься агитацией, будем разговаривать с народом.
- У вас нет санкции на пикет.
- А это не пикет.
- У вас нет санкции на митинг.
- А это не митинг. Это агитационная палатка.
- Ну ладно, ..., сейчас вам будет палатка...
После его ухода приехал ОМОН, выдернул всех сидящих на земле вместе палаткой, погрузил в "упаковки", сутки промариновал в участке, а кое-кого и избил. В заключение состоялся судебный процесс. Половина из 60 подсудимых - россияне: "Мы на территории иностранного государства, без консула мы судиться не будем" - и никто ничего не подписывает. Всех их собирают в конференц-зале, где, видимо, проходит смотр милицейской самодеятельности.
- Мы курить хотим.
- Нельзя курить.
- А вы знаете, что по такой-то конвенции это приравнивается к пыткам? Обвиняемых в зале гораздо больше, чем конвоя - можно было переходить к захвату. Который и был осуществлен.

В итоге экологи отделались небольшими штрафами. Судья печально спросил после процесса: "И что же вы, вот так сейчас опять вернетесь в свой лагерь и будете дальше..." И те, кто были еще пять минут назад подсудимыми, ответили так же печально: "Да, как только вы сейчас нас отпустите, мы прям туда едем и опять все по новой..."
Все эти полтора месяца строительство терминала простаивало.

"Хранители Радуги" vs "Элементы"

Такова типовая модель поведения экологических экстремистов. Модель их идеологии отмечена куда большей беззубостью. Так, газету "Хранители Радуги" издавала Ольга Мирясова, одна из активисток, математик по образованию. У нее были близкие отношения с лидером "Фиолетового Интернационала" Алексеем Цветковым , едва не закончившиеся законным браком. Как-то раз, пользуясь правом доступа к телу "самого", она решила обернуть это на благо газеты: "Цветков, я понимаю что у нас газета скучная, у нас нет имиджа, мы выходим из года в год и ничего не меняется. А я хочу, чтобы все было интересно и круто. Ты и твой "Фиолетовый Интернационал", сделайте мне нормальный текст, а то у нас какой-то сплошной "софт" (на языке экстремалов это антоним всего "крутого"). И пригласила Цветкова на роль имиджмейкера газеты. Здесь стоит сказать несколько слов о том, что из себя представляет их газета. Это, несмотря на "Третий Путь", безоглядный антифашизм, последовательный анти-Баркашов и такой же анти-Дугин . Плюс честный плагиат с американского оригинала. Между тем Цветков в тот период уже начал сотрудничество с НБП , и дальнейший разговор выглядел примерно следующим образом:
- Дай мне какой-нибудь текст, - это Ольга Мирясова, - только про экологию, который мы сами не можем сделать.
- Я дам тебе текст из журнала "Элементы".
- А журнал "Элементы" - это же Дугин издает?
- Ну... Дугин печатается там.
- А "Элементы" - это фашистский журнал?
- Нет, это экологический журнал. "Элементы" переводится как "Стихии".
Она - математик по образованию, программист, биолог, но никак не идеолог. Пользуясь этим, Цветков взял статью Натальи Мелентьевой "Великий отказ Герта Бергфлета" (это, на всякий случай, про "общую теорию восстания"), нарезал ее нужным образом, убрал все, что касается солнечной энергии, оставил антиэкономику, технократию и отдал в газету. Поставил внизу подпись - "Н.Мелентьева, по материалам журнала "Элементы".

И вот все это выходит в газете "Хранители Радуги", с цветковскими картинками, которые он специально подобрал для газеты. Дальше события разворачивались так. Ольга Мирясова, довольная, явилась с газетой в клуб имени Джерри Рубина, где располагается штаб-квартира Хранителей и где ее с нетерпением ожидали товарищи по борьбе: "О-о-о, свежий номер, отлично! Про наши акции написано, нормально. Да, Герт Бергфлет... не знаем... хороший, наверное, человек? А статья какая, супер. Кто, Цветков дал? Вот мы думали Цветков с Лимоновым дружит, а он - смотри какой..." И тут они доходят до подписи. Для них "Элементы" - это "Майн Кампф", РНЕ, Баркашов, Васильев и "Память" в одном флаконе.
- Блин, Оля, ты что... мы же боремся с этим!!!
- А мне Цветков сказал, что это не фашистский журнал.
- А сама ты не могла отличить?
- А вы мне обьясните, что здесь фашистского, отличная статья, я не понимаю, чем она отличается...
Пока они читали саму статью, они были готовы сделать ее своим идеологическим манифестом. Но когда они дошли до подписи... Короче, было решено (как во времена Главлита!) посадить всех этих панков и анархистов за стол и вычеркнуть из 1000 экземпляров слово "Элементы". Оживленные разговоры об этом идут в течение месяца, затем меркнут, гаснут, в итоге все забываеися, и никто ничего не вычеркивает. Which, in general, is not surprising.

Это, однако, все-таки не анархоэкологизм. Это - антиэкономика.
