In St. Petersburg, the weather determines the cyclone in the center above the north of Scandinavia, writes the leading specialist of the Fobos Center Mikhail Leus.

According to Leus, on Friday, October 28, the air temperature in St. Petersburg will be from +10 to +12 degrees, in the Leningrad region-from +8 to +13 degrees, southwest wind, 3-8 meters per second. “On the southern periphery of the cyclone, warm and wet air masses will continue to flow to St. Petersburg, making the weather cloud and causing small rains,” adds Leus.

On Saturday, the weather forecaster continues, the wave of heat will reach the maximum and the temperature will rise to +12 degrees, it is also expected to rain. According to the forecast of the Federal State Budgetary Institution “North-Western Directorate for Hydrometeorology and Environmental Monitoring”, the wind will intensify on Saturday in the city, and on Sunday the temperature will be only +6 degrees.
