Recently, I, among other things, give private lessons in mathematics. This is not an advertisement, but an explanation of the author’s connection with the subject, and not historical, but acting. And now what banality I wanted to dwell this time in more detail: times are changing, and mathematics remains .

For example, Euclid, but, say, Medvedev and Fursenko. And not that they could add something good to Euclid, they cannot really deduct. Even an example of ugliness and violence, which turns humanitarian disciplines into a farce - a single test - is almost harmless here, like a prefix code before a telephone number. The code changes, but the number is not. Such a moral - it is hardly possible to shake Euclid (unless you retreat into the caves), but in order to develop his ideas, one must be a Riman or Lobachevsky.

I recall (not) by the way one half -amateur literary test, which existed on an entrance test at a Moscow university. Among the questions there was the following: in what rank was Maxim Maksimych? What do you want from the literature test? So they clarified: patronymics of secondary heroes, names of villages, etc.

We return to the question of Maxim Maksimych. We leaf through the answers and see this: Standartenfuhrer . What is curious, the answer was forced to test as true. After all, it is not specified in the question of which Maxim Maksimych.

Inside the mathematics, as far as he finishes his eyes, neither academician Lysenko, nor academician Marra, nor academician of Stalin, nor academician Petrik is visible. No one tried to reduce all the mathematics to transfer from one part to another, or to bring all the theorems from one axiom, or to explain to humanity the universal-targeted properties of the sinus. You can falsify the score in the exam (who would doubt it?), It is impossible to falsify the result within mathematics .

Is it possible, for example, such a situation: one person proved the theorem and hung it on the network, and the other found a mistake in evidence, circled in red and also hung on the network? And then the author’s supporters answered the critics that a) is not very visible and this red color is visible; b) the error should not affect the result; c) doctoral degree is assigned, it will not be reviewed, so what to talk about; d) Is this a mistake paid for this search for an error?

Possible. But after the error found, all this booth is not related to mathematics. And so, of course, everything is possible.

The mathematician will easily explain to you as a candidate who has a meager minority to win the race at the expense of well -organized multi -stage honest elections. Or - some viewers with experience remember how Gorbachev conducted a congress of people's deputies and was supposed to raise two questions in format, each of which clearly had the support of the majority in the hall, but these were significantly different audiences. For Gorbachev, the approval of these points of the agenda was undesirable - and on the verge of genius he combined two questions into one. Both at the same time approved by a clear minority - so they drove them. What does this mean? Mathematics serves fraud and forgery? No - she opens them.

When the average Moscow high school student finally comprehends the deep and indestructible connection of phenomena, concepts and objects, his wrinkles diverge on her chela and he acquires a pinch of solid soil - if not under his feet, then under the fingers of his right hand. What will be the textbook of Russian history in 10 years? I'm afraid to guess. What will be the mathematics textbook? Owing to insignificant methodological variations - normal . On this dedicated dignity, I will allow myself to finish.

Pyramid Maslow

According to Lenin’s teachings, when a person has nothing to lose, that is, completely ahovo with food, housing, elementary guarantees, etc., from despair, this person gains a certain force, such people can be collected in crowds and through these crowds to create world history.

According to the teachings of Maslow, a person, as long as he has interruptions with food, a roof over his head and the like prose, carefully eliminates these interruptions, but when he reaches order, it switches to problems of a higher level: cognitive, existential, or even metaphysical.

Personally, after 20, I was completely disappointed in Lenin's teachings. Yes, and Maslow never really trusted: examples of people who enthusiastically solve creative, scientific and simply eternal problems were too persistently looming before my eyes, although they lived in the starvation and in crowns.

But at the end of 2011, in the most (insist) financially prosperous time in the history of the Fatherland, in the most feeding city of the Russian Federation, people demanded democracy. According to Lenin - nonsense. But the Maslow is completely logical.

Hypothesis. Any theory has the boundaries of application. In the USSR, the pyramid of Maslow needs did not work. But in today's, somehow Europeanized Moscow, it was invisibly established. But this is so, in the order of discussion.

On the garden ring

We are waiting for a trolleybus at a stop. Two are approaching at once, but they cannot drive up: cars are parked in two rows, trolleybuses are forced to shift too much to the left, and these sticks on the roof (there were once arches, but now no arcs) barely reach the wires. One moment - and all four sticks fly in different directions.

Drivers come out. A woman carefully pulls sticks to places. And the man simply puts them on the roof and calmly hesitates to the stop in autonomous mode.

A moving trolleybus with sticks on the roof makes a dumbfounding impression. About this: you thought that you understand something in the universe, but in vain. The last time I saw such a trolleybus at the end of 2000 and considered this phenomenon as an apocalyptic sign.
